Loan (zip emi)

Applied for a zip emi loan via MobiKwik of 1, 50, 000 on 5th February 2026
Lending partner northern arc.

Approved and sanction letter received. With message that amount will be disbursed in 48 hours. It is the 21st Feb today and the amount has not been disbursed. Support doesn't know what the issue is . Every time you call the say a different reason. And they say don't worry you will receive it in 24 hours.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Mobikwik and its lending partner SMFG regarding the loan disbursed to me on 3rd November 2025.

Regarding mobikwik wallet

Yesterday i got call from [protected] saying that ( Avinash from mobiwik) and told me that i have loan offer and asked me to intall mobiwik .Then he asked me to transfer 40000 to mobiwik wallet. I said i dont have, then he said transfer 5000 atlease and make transactions by transferring that amount to my bank . Balance deducted, but not received in receiver account

I sent money from my wallet (pocket UPI) but receiver did not received in her account.
there is not a order number also.
the upi transaction invoice have a section called "need help", by clicking on it, there are so many option and after clicking on "amount debited from my account, they are showing a prompted message"currently we are facing issue, please get back to us" from past two days.

I have used Mobikwik one time for making a payment of Electricity bill of my neighbor. But now Mobikwik deduct my money every month from Dec '24 to till date (Mar 25). We have requested many times to stop the autopay but they are not listening. Even I have not started autopay. Customer service is very bed. They are not listening. They reply if we will delete our Mobikwik account. Still Autopay will not going to stop.

    On 22 Nov 2023, Fraud transaction happened from my mobukwik wallet.
    Immediately I have escalated to the cybercrime and filed an FIR in my nearest police station. Deatails are below.

    This happened due to unsecure zip wallet. Without any intimation amount got debited from my account and Mobikwik is making me as responsible for this fraud transaction.

    Mobikwik is continuously sending ever month bill with higher rate of interests and blocked my CIBIL as well, which is affecting my day-to-day transactions.

    Eventhough I have taken all precautions and without any mistake from my side, I am facing all unnecessary actions from Mobikwik. Kindly look into my case and help me accordingly.

      Sir/mam, i recently got to know about this scam which happened with me from last 2 years i haven't used MobiKwik app but they sanctioned this loan of 15000 rupees and 100 rupees without informing me and they didn't even ask my permission about this, they put this loan on their app which is lenting me 15000 rupees. And another of 100 rupees by idfc bank. It is complete fraud against me by them . They misused my identity. So i request you to closed these account.

      Take a strict action against them. Raise a complaint against them

      One loan of 100 rupees through MobiKwik they opened &closed on their own .
      But another one of this big loan is still active pls Report this to transctree technologies Pvt Ltd which is releted with lendbox through MobiKwik to close their loan which is showing still active.
      I also contacted MobiKwik about this 15000 rupees unauthorised loan they said they closed it but its still showing on my cibil score as active.

      So as soon I got to know about this scam /fraud is going on with me bcz i haven't used MobiKwik app from last 2 year. Somehow I checked my credit score their I got to know that 2 loans of amount 100 and 15000 rupees sanctioned to me without informing me and without asking my permission. So I contacted them and told them that u guys sanctioned a loan on me without informing me and didn't even ask i permission. So the loan is actually a loan on their app 15000 rupees as zip service which is sanctioned through lendbox which is still showing active on my credit score. So I told them to close this zip loan service asap and closed this loan . So they closed the zip service from their side but this 15000 rupees loan is still showing active on my credit score. One more thing that they also put a loan of 100 rupees earlier through MobiKwik idfc which they opened and closed on their own. I also got to know I am not only one this happening with multiple peoples . So pls take a strict action against them for doing a scam/ fraud against customer. Thankyou

      So MobiKwik closed loan zip service from their side but the lendbox (transctree technologies Pvt Ltd) sanctioned loan still showing as active on my credit score.
