    My a/c -[protected] is ashok vihar branch. but 1 year before we submited application for t/f in shastri nagar branch. and we compleate detail submit in shastri nagar branch as per shastri nagar branch required.shastri nagar branch manager told me that my a/c successfuly t/f in shastri nagar. but taday i want some money .branch staff told that our a/c not t/f in this branch and talking very ruff. and branch manager told we have no time to hear my problem we help me in problem

      On 9 decemeber 2016, i used my atm card to make the transaction in big bazar and reliance foot mart store in city mall, kota. But after inserting pin number swipe machine gives error on both store.
      Amount is deducted from my account on both transaciton but payment is not successfully. Now its been 5 days but still i dont get my amount yet in my bank account. Below i mentioned my transaciton id with amount. Please take the needful action as early as possible and take it in you concern. I will be highly obliged to you.

        Bank of india has hotlisted my debit card on "21st oct due to heavy data leak" and sent a message to collect ready kit cards from home branch.

        Card is still not available in branch even after 2 months.

        Due to demonetization i am not able to withdraw money as my debt card not working.

        I dont have card when it is required the most.

        I went to home branch thrice. They said you received the message when bank shipped the card but the card is not yet reached bhakti park (Mumbai) branch.

        Even a courier from china reached faster than this debit card.

        Please help me

        Bunch of idiots are calling everysingle day for my card details. Froudsters Bank will never call you from mobile number No bank will ask you for other card details to issue new card

          I am a customer of “bank of india” kancharapalem branch. Today (14-dec-2016) i went to the bank to swap over the money notes. There was a very big stand in line and all the customers (Around 200-300 people) are waiting from 1pm onwards in the queue for the services. By 4pm bank is closing down and all the customers shouted and asked the employees of the bank that why you are closing the doors without any information, for which the bank employee replied that we are done with our duties and we are closing for today. Customers have asked the employee not to close and requested to extend for some more time because there were continuous holidays for the bank and so there is a big queue too. The bank employee replied that this is what we are supposed to do and if you want to complain to anybody you can.
          My question to the bank of india “is this type of services that the customer has to expect from the banking industry, which is again a service oriented industry?” and is this the right way how you handle the customers and answer to them?
          Pathetic situation is that even old people have to suffer by the services of the bank.
          In the process of the demonetization we the people are suffering a lot, but we are very tolerant enough with the call of our honorable prime minister mr. Modiji.
          Can’t a bank like boi can extend its timings to cut down the pain of the customer and co-operate with the them.

            Myself Mr.Avinash n.Metha having account with you last 20yrs. Also complsste 1 car loan, 1 commercial veh.loan & now having home loan & new car loan. Today i had deposited my payment at 11am.but till 4.15 pm its not verified. i just call them 3-4 timess as i have to do RTGs. But they couldn't .
            Pl tell how we'll carry our bussiness.
            I also request them only 1 day in a week we have urgent.

              I hav activated boi internet banking on my account and had get transaction password through pin mailer but its not working and applied twice for pin mailer and then this time also its show invalid password after contacting branch they says try one more time apply pin mailer... helplines of boi always say busy... headquarters helpline also not helping me

                My atm/debit card expired on jul 2016, as per costomer care bank will send you on your mailing adress but still i not received. I call lot of time in h. O. But no body pick the phone. And customer care line always busy. I send 10 mail but not received any reply

Bardhaman-713122, request to draw your kind attention to the fact that, being in dire need of withdrawal of some cash from the bank, I approached Madam Gayatri Ray Chowdhury ( Branch Manager), today, 07/12/2016.
                  I was taken quite by surprise, when she just yelled at me at the top of her voice and ordered me to get out of the bank. On making further request, she not only insulted me with abusive words but also told me that BOI does not require client like me.
                  Feeling humiliated and dejected, I am here to raise this complain before your goodself.

                    On 28 November 2016 i transfered Rs 10000 to a certain bank of india account [protected] through my pnb account through imps RR no[protected]. The money has not been received till now but the punjab national bank is saying the money got transferred successfully on 28 November 2016. So can yo help me in getting the current status of my transaction.

                      Receiving text messages from Bank of India

                      I am receiving messages from VM-BOIIND stating Baid the amount is debited to your account from ATM however I don't have any account with this bank seems to be off road request you to look into this as it is very very sensitive and Critical
                      The account number appears is xx2245
                      I even tried calling the Bank of India customer care but always it comes busy and I also tried calling at few of the branches but no one is picking up...

                      Your bank, Deoghar branch ( Jharkhand - IFSC code BKID0004461) not receiving the Rs. 10 coin. I have Rs.1500/- (Rs. 10 coin). Is there any instruction from RBI or from your bank not to collect Rs 10 coin. Or Rs 10 coin is not a legal tender. Pl. Register my complain. Awaiting for your reply.

                          Recieving sms about boi star sandesh accounts credit and debit however i dont have any such account. I have been getting these messages from boi star sandesh since a while however since the last couple of months didnt get any sms. Today all of a sudden i got a message stating that rs. 49000 cash deposit has been made in my account however i dont have any such account. Kindly help with the same.

                          1000 rupees are again deducted from my savings account...without my authorisation or intimation...i have been regular in paying my housing loan instalment...when i ask...dey say dey deduct it...as per their rules...intimation of such transfer from my savings account to my loan account is not even sent by message..

                            The manager at bank of india branch budhanpur majra dabas delhi 110081 is playing games with the demonetization process. Usually found exchanging money of local money lenders and influential persons. These persons can be traced in the bank at any moment of the day. When being questioned the manager points these persons to threaten and confront with the public. Common man left with empty hands and the known ones fetching the new currency easily at any time. These moneylenders and the other powerful persons can be identified with the help of the cctvs installed in the bank.

                            The manager is such an arrogant person that he even did not gave heed towards the pleadings of the old too. Rather he enjoys his friendliness with the well to do people. Persons who dont have any account are taking new currency easily and the account holders are left betrayed.
                            Anticipating an acute and appropriate action on priority.

                                Today on[protected] around 11.20 a.m, I tried to book the Railway ticket through Internet Banking of amount 1828.52 .Money has been debited from account no-[protected] but the ticket has not been booked. it is showing on my computer screen that Web Page ERROR !!
                                Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try again after some time.
                                So I request the debited money to be sent into my account soon. .
                                And often my BOI internet banking is also not giving me proper service.I am not able to do my transactions through internet banking.it shows an error occured please try again.
                                therefore I kindly request that the amount will be recover in my account as soon as possible

Requested amount i didnt get from atm. And same amount which i have entered 2000/-rupees is deducted from my account. And then i have done next transaction of 1000/-rupees that amount i got but 2000/-rupees transaction amount i dont get. And my account no. Is [protected].                                     I have been receiving messages from boi star sandesh for quite a long time. but it is true that i dont have any account in bank of india. still i am getting messages stating that so and so amount has been credited or debited from my account no. so and so. i assume that boi is bank of india. ofcourse it could be a fraud message. but it disturbs me very much.
                                    Hence i request that necessary action may be taken in this regard and such messages shouldn't come in future to my mobile.
