On 02/04/2016 i had purchased one trouser from Shoppers stop worth Rs. 2200/- (from Shoppers Stop, thane, mumbai India) using my bank of india debit card But the card has been debited of Rs. 4400/- at the counter. The card was swiped twice but according to Shoppers stop representative the first swipe was unsuccesfull. We have received only 1 transaction slip

The Account statement also shows two entries of Rs. 2200/- each at the same store.

I have called Shoppers stop and they mentioned that its some issue with Ibank of india server
Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have withdraw 3000 amount from BOI atm card, but I received two messages for withdraw amount 3000 and 3000.
And total 6000 deducted from my account

    Pran a/c not shifted to boi after months.Applied on nov, 2015 for shifting.
    Amount deducted from gross salary in these 7 months-(Rs 3313.26*5 months + rs 3379.62*2 months)=rs 23, 325.54/-
    Don't want to lose my hard earned money. Please arrange to follow up the matter at the highest level with priority as this money is rightfully mine and should have been contributed to the pran a/c mentioned earlier. Expecting prompt response.

            मेरा नाम पूनम पॉल है। मैं बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया की एक नियमित कस्टमर हूँ मेरा खाता नंबर [protected] है। मैंने 4 फरवरी को kanpur में नरोना चौराहा स्थित बैंक ऑफ़ बरोदा समय लगभग 7:30 pm पर एटीएम द्वारा 9000 रुपया निकलने की कोशिश की परन्तु सर्वर एरर के कारण मेरा transition पूर्ण नहीं हुआ और पैसा मशीन से बाहर नहीं आया और 9000 रुपया निकलने का मैसेज मेरे मोबाइल पर आ गया जिसकी मैंने कस्टमर केअर पर भी शिकायत भी करी । मुझे आश्वासन दिया गया कि 24 घंटे में आपका पैसा आपके खाते में वापस आ जायेगा परुन्तु आज भी पैसा वापस नहीं आया।
            बैंक में भी कई बार शिकायत की कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई ।
            कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान करके मेरा पैसा मेरे खाते में वापस करवाने की कृपा करे।

              Hi,
              Last month I had a transaction from ICICI bank ATM using my BOI bank ATM card. I had swiped my card 2 times over there as because the first transaction was failed after requesting for money from ATM and then I had swiped my card again to withdraw the money from the ATM machine. The second transaction was successful but I got 2 transactional messages and charged 2 times though my first transaction was unsuccessful.

              After this, I filled an online complaint to BOI support team but till today, I did not get any reply or the money from them. I had also submitted a physical form as well to my home branch.

              Please do something as the transactional amount was big one.

                I had received messages from BOI STAR SANDESH about money being debited from my a/c in the name of POS-MPESA and POS-SBI BUDDY which is not authorised by me on 22/02/2016.

                i have also transferred INR 10000 twice from state bank of india to bank of india through net banking on 22/02/2016. i had not received any credit message. my balance has to b more than 20000 INR but it shows only 90.05 INR after plenty of debit message as mentioned above.

                kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  My customer Service Number is[protected].

                  With an information that IMPS services arent subjected to holidays (Sundays), I had done an IMPS transaction to the only beneficiary/account in my BOI Account of Rs 38, 000. This transaction as mentioned is to my other ICICI account.

                  After an error message in the first transaction, I retried the transaction of Rs 38000 and again it timed out. Thinking that it must be a server issue, I went back to the account balance, only to be shocked to see that the IMPS has been registered twice and Rs 38, 000 has been deducted on each account.

                  When checking with my ICICI account yesterday or even today morning, I further shocked that the money hasnt arrived here in ICICI. On trying the so called 24x7 Customer service, through 2 different numbers ((022) – 40919191 and[protected], both the times the call was ended by your computerised IVR system after entering my credentials with an information that connection to the server couldnt be complete.

                  So here is what I would like your management team to revert on:

                  Where is my money (Rs 38, 000 x 2)?
                  When will I get it (either back in BOI or in ICICI)?
                  What is the point of IMPS if money cant be transferred during times of customer crisis?
                  What is the point of a 24x7 customer service if there is no human on other side to listen to the issues?

                  I had talked to several departments for this. There is no numbers or email ids mentioned anywhere directly. 1. I called customer care 2. They gave me an email id which wasnt working 3. I called customer care again 4. They gave me a generic netbanking dashboard number which no one picked up 5. I called again and this time they gave me a different number which was supposed to be zonal head 6. Zonal head acknowledged delay and confirmed that action will be taken 7. Meanwhile I called again to find out if the netbanking team would pickup and work on it directly 8. This time someone gave me another number which was the IMPS departmental head 9. This person assured that in 30 mins this would be taken care of 10. IT head calls me at the end of the day talking about refund process initiation. 11. Finally IMPS department calls up to confirm refund is complete. total processing time around 7 hours.
                  Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Surprisingly, the email id of HeadOffice.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in, is not allowing more messages to be delivered since mailbox is full. I mean can you beat that?

                  They have so many complaints that they dont open it altogether.
                  Moments after this complaint emailing this same details to the 3 BOI email ids (ho.customerservice, HeadOffice.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in, support.startoken), I received calls from 2 people.

                  1. Ravi Sharma (alleged employee id[protected] +91-[protected]
                  2. +91-[protected]

                  Each of these having a complete details of the problems I faced. Moment they asked me my debit card and CVV numbers I realised they were frauds. The second guy even hung up without talking much realising that he would be fired back.

                  My question. How come people outside BOI have access to company emails? Is this scam being run from Inside BOI?

                      Receiving messages from boi star sandesh

                      Hi,

                      I have been receiving messages from BOI Star Sandesh from quite long time. I don't have any account with BOI But still receiving messages for debit n credit of funds.. Please check and remove my number from your database. These messages are so annoying and it could be possible fraud msgs... Please help...

                            Most respectfully I here by submit few lines which may bring good name to your organization and get rid of misbehavers people who are bringing bad name on you. For last few months ATM location at bank of india, Telibag Branch, Rai Bareilley Road, Lucknow are not providing bank A/C details after withdrawal of cash. On 16 Jan 2016 there was no guard at ATM, I met Mr. R.k. gupta administrative manager and informed him of the fact. He replied in very arrogant and undecent way that is not his responsibility, rather private contractor who is responsible to put blank receipts in ATM. In anger he gave me one full scape paper and said go away and write down my problem.
                            I felt very much embarrassed and insulted in front of very junior bank staff. Being very respectfully retired from INDIAN ARMY as a junior officer and secondly a senior citizen such an insult by a bank officer is not asper the ethos of banking mannerism, for such most misbehaviors attitude, under the provisions of Indian penal code 332, 352 and your banking rules, most stringent punishment be awarded to R.k. gupta, administrative Manager, so that he may not dare misbehave with bank customer in future. I would like to give special comment on him he is the most misbehaviors employee of bank of india in all india level.
                            After processing the case, out corn of the decision may please be intimated to me at the earliest.

                              I am nilesh Verma customer of boi (odhav) brach, ahmedabad gujarat. My account number and [protected]. I lost my ATM card. I go to brach today for new ATM card today. I try to ask our employee for process for it. Due to ATM lost I withdrawal all money from account. Mr s.p. Singh our representative is not behaved professionally and not give solutions. I just know process for new ATM. But Mr sp singh just say go from way. If bank employees behave like this how is customers service.

                              Please sir/madam improve services.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am having account in bank of india sector-16 gandhinagar nagar from last 8 years i was submitted an application form to opt for internet banking for the same i have received my id and password. so with reference of that i have tried to login through www.bankofindia.com so as that it got login and show me to change login password so i successfully changed password. After that i tried to login it got login and it showing transaction password change window so skip that page and it goes to error message showing " We understand that your StarToken™ is blocked. You shall not be able to access Internet banking or NetBanking Payments until your StarToken™ is unblocked." Likewise i tried to contact sector-16 branch office so they don't have solution. However i tried to contact main branch through some star connect e-mail id they guided me to submit star token unblock form from your branch so did the same as they told me but still my query is pending. Now i tried to contact them through e-mail but they are not replying and i have no choice to go through my sector-16 gandhinagar branch because they don't have idea about this. So please help me to solve this as this issue open from last 8 months.

                                  I hv swiped my BOI MASTER CARD, for billing of RS.689 at Body Basics shopee, near karve statue, pune.
                                  but, RS.689 deducted twice from my ac.
                                  i'hv ATM's mini statement showing deduction ofRS.689 twice at same time,
                                  also i'hv my purchase bill OF Rs.689.
                                  for refund of money i'hv contacted BOI customer care services, they told me tht they'll refund my amount within 45-120 days.

                                  but, that was BOI's fault...though they want me to wait for 45-120 days for RS.689 only...
                                  i want my money back asap...please help

                                      I've submitted cheque ( ch no-61511) to BOI on[protected] of amount rs 85690 in branch at humbran road ludhiana punjab. but my cheque is not cleared yet. I've contact so many times to depositary branch but the always said cheque is in transist from ludhiana to delhi because of post office cheque. but 1 month already has been passed and don't know how much more it will be.
