I am having loan account in BOI, Mangle branch. There is issue with amount withdrawn from my savings account and transferred to loan account. My first installment is of 6539/- but amount withdrawn is 13125/- so for that I called Bank but no one responding and there was issue with there phone. So I called around 7-8 times but they pickup call and then directly cut the call without any notification. I asked them to give me anyone's personal...

I purchased a product from Amazon after that I cancelled my order.Order value was Rs 22699/-.
Amazon has initiated the refund on 16/06/22.
12 days already over but full amount still not credited in my bank(Bank of India).Bank has only refunded Rs 100/- on 27/06/22.Rs 22599 is still not credited in my bank.
Amazon have shared me the Refund Reference Number.The RRN is 74332742169216894005263...

I cancelled a laptop from Amazon worth Rs 41, 999 on 16th june. Amazon had initiated the refund on 21june with a refund reference no. 74332742168216774851639, but bank hadn't deposited the amount yet even after a week

Please help me to resolve my issue..!...

I was order one prepaid order from Amazon but some reason I cancelled my order on 16th June. Expected credit date was 25th June but still not credited in my bank account.

Just now I got sms that amount of Rs.177 has been deducted two times (TRF)ATM charges from my account.
Please solve this matter....

Bank of India has debited money from my account in the name of ATM maintenance charges. Not once but thrice a times. They debited rupees 177 thrice from my account. This is highly not acceptable. Kindly refund back my money as soon as possible else I'll shut down my account from your branch....

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Paid to Dmart, Waghodia road, Vadodara at[protected].
First pay from Bhim app. as QR code scan and payment of 1845 RS is debited from my account but time out from Dmart system and my app status was payment processing then again i paid from debit card and it paid.
But after some hours status of bhim app is successful. But 1845 RS is not credited back to my account and also not merchant's account.br...

Till now the trf deducted from my account more then 3/4 time amount till 800/900 but I don't now why it has been changed...

I have talked to the bank helpline they didn't appropriately solved the problem. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible....

Actually someone's else kcc loan is reflecting in my mother's cibil report .It is just a coincidence that names of the actual loan holder and of my mother is same.

I have contacted the branch manager regarding this and provided him enough proof that the kcc loan is not owned by my mother.

I have also raised a dispute in cibil department regarding this, they are saying that they have mailed to the bank of india...
