          Hello,

          My TWS earbuds, which I purchased from Amazon India, were returned.
          The return was received on June 23, 2022, and Amazon granted the refund on June 26, 2022. The projected credit date was July 1, 2022, however I still haven't received my refund funds in my bank account.

          I made an attempt to contact the customer, but they did not give me enough details to address my issue. I submitted an online complaint on the bank's website, received a reference number, but neither my bank-registered mobile number nor my email address received any acknowledgement. Below is the order ID and the Return Reference Number. Please help me in getting my money back.

                    I have ordered products from Amazon on the date of 30/04/22. It was to be received on 07/05/22. But I have not received my product on the date. So, I canceled my order on 10/05/22. Amazon initiated the refund of rs. 715 on 10/05/22 and, it was expected to come on 15/05/22. Amazon gave me the reference id 74163262131034500658898. But the Bank of India bank has still not credited my money.
                    This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                        I am having loan account in BOI, Mangle branch. There is issue with amount withdrawn from my savings account and transferred to loan account. My first installment is of 6539/- but amount withdrawn is 13125/- so for that I called Bank but no one responding and there was issue with there phone. So I called around 7-8 times but they pickup call and then directly cut the call without any notification. I asked them to give me anyone's personal number I'll call on that number but they just told me come to branch and cut the call. I am out of station and far away from branch so how should I visit bank branch? This is not a good behaviour by any bank. Don't understand how they can do with their customers.
