Hello,
My TWS earbuds, which I purchased from Amazon India, were returned.
The return was received on June 23, 2022, and Amazon granted the refund on June 26, 2022. The projected credit date was July 1, 2022, however I still haven't received my refund funds in my bank account.
I made an attempt to contact the customer, but they did not give me enough details to address my issue. I submitted an online complaint on the bank's website, received a reference number, but neither my bank-registered mobile number nor my email address received any acknowledgement. Below is the order ID and the Return Reference Number. Please help me in getting my money back.
