      I Nayan Patel have an account in Bank of India Subhanpura vadodara branch, My debit card had been blocked a while back and none of your call center numbers work which are displayed at the back of the card. Here are my account details, kindly get back to me asap. Account No. [protected] I have already mailed them and have been contacting their helpline but to no avail, no mail response or no one is willing to pick up their helpline call, I waited 25 minutes for someone to pick up and redress my query and I wasted 30 rupees in the process. More importantly the work that I had to do is still left and due to their negligence my work is left

Me bank of india ka customer huan mera account no [protected] hain . 15/9/2015 ko mene sbi atm se 3600 rs ka payment withdrwal kiya but process hui slip bhi nikli, muje payment withdrwal ka message bhi aay but payment nahi aaya tabhi mene waha ke guard ko inform kiya to vo bola ki pehle to payment nikal raha tha tabhi mene wapas se card swape kiya 200 rs ke liye but payment nahi aaya parantu account se less ho gaya hain then machine error show kar rahi thi ki temprorily out of services, next day ( 16/9/2015) jake mene apni branch ramchandra nagar pe complaint ki but 8 din tak koi reply nahi aaya to mene 24/9/2015 ko bank se confirm kiya to bole sbi se koi reply nahi aay, aap wapas se complaint kar do mene wapas se 24/9/2015 ko complaint ki din daily call kar ke confirm karta magar vo kehte ki koi reply nahi aay tabhi 29 tarikh ko unhone bataya ki aap ka transaction successful raha mene kaha ki sir muje payment nahi mila, to unka jawab tha ki hum kuch nahi kar sakte hain aap jake sbi bank se baat karo, me sbi bank gaya to wo bole ki aap aap ki bank se hi baat karo . Then mene complaint mail ki sbi ki mail id pe aur boi ki mail id ki please just show me image and no access certificate and also please check again muje payment nahi mila hain yadi meri complaint galat hain to aap mujhe pe legal action lena other meri complaint sahi hai to aap mera payment refund kare bank of india ne again sbi bank of complaint bheji daily mail hone ke baad after 11 days sbi ne phir mail kiya ki payment successfully nikla hain sir / mem mene image mangi vo nahi di, sir yadi meri complaint galat ho to aap sabhi mujhpe jo chaho vo action lelena but please iski aap janch kijiye me sahi huan muje payment nahi mila . Me salary based huan 3600 /- rs mere liya bhoot mayne rakhte hain me 16/9/2015 se pareshan ho raha huan but muje sahi response nahi mil raha hain, please meri madad kijiye sach ko samne lane me .             I have an SB A/C [protected] in BANK OF INDIA and I have transferred Rs 28000/- using IMPS on 14th Sep 2015 at arount 3.19PM to SBI SB A/C:[protected]. The IMPS Ref No - IMPS/RRN/STCON/[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message that it timed OUT and status shows in my Netbanking as Transaction Initiated. .Either initiate the Tranc or refund the money into the account. Please Look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible From:SAHANAWAZ ALAM NORTH 24 PGS, WB.

                Sir, On 22 September 2015 at 00:45 l had to book train ticket on IRCTC from my debit cum ATM card. An error was shown but my amount of rs. 137.8 was debited. Kindey refund my amount in my bank account. Name: Abhay Sharma E-mail: [protected]@gmail.com
                Thisis not the Bank's website. Please approach the bank and ask them for that

                ATM/Debit card password problem

                While using ATM /debit card, it shows wrong password. When asked bank for help they gives telephone numbers which are not answered. So kindly solve my problem immediately.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, My father is a account holder of Bank of India (Park Circus Branch) since 15 yrs. But we never expect that your bank staff provide a wrong information to us. Please look forward in this matter and do the needful. A lady said that" ek dinn mein ek hi transfer hoga and she refuse to accept my neft cheque i also try to concact with branch manager but he also not respond in this issue the said usse baat karo and all. My father issue a cheque of Rs.43, 000 to my mother account both acount in Bank Of India( Park Circus Branch).From my mother acount we issue a NEFT/RTGS of Rs.1, 34, 000 but the lady staff refuse the accept the cheque and said " ek dinn mein ek hi fund transfer hoga ap kal karawa lo" According to RBI norms i can made one or more fund transfer but why she refuse. Pls do the needful in this matter.

                    Dear Sir/Mam Cash Withdraw date: 06-9-15 ATM Address: Dundhahera Gurgaon Beside school wali gali Debit Card Number: [protected] Timing: 6:50pm I withdraw 10000/- INR from BOI ATM (Address: Dundhahera Gurgaon) on above mentioned date and time. I found 1 of the 1000/- currency is fake and pasted in four piece with two different number. Immediately same i informed to security guard he accepted and said once the people who usually put cash in atm will come i can exchange it. i waited next day i called up the guard mobile number [protected] to check weather they came or not he said yes they came and gone.and people says it can not be exchanged. illegally saying if i wish to change the fake currency then that people will charged 500/- and i will get just 500/- Instead of exchanging this fake currency they are making their deal with me.                     Stop Choosing BOI ATM to withdrawal Your Hard earn Money. Otherwise You may face same Issue.
                    i walk up to the atm each day till now. when ever security guard called me to exchange the currency with the people who used to deposit currency every time in that particular ATM. But i think he is making me fool. Looking for the solution but my problem is not shorted out yet. Bank is still silent. I would suggest people to please stop using BOI ATM otherwise they may suffer as like me.

                    receiveing call from number [protected] name R K Jain saying calling from BOI customer care. 1 day he called me 2-3 times but call dropped and he is not suppose to call me back and when i tried to call him back number is invalid. i am unable to understand what is happening. I am just fade up to keep on chasing BOI.

                    1 day call conversation with number [protected] ( Mr R K Jain ). he said sir i am going to deposit 1000 INR in your account. He added me for 3D secure transaction. Took OTP from me.which is not allowed to any bank. then said it will take 24 hrs to credit 1000 INR to my account..kindly wait.

                      I want to pay demand draft only to mhada for 1 year advance maintenance which I specified to Bank of india employee in SSI andheri east still they issued Pay order . saying that demand draft are given only for payment outside Mumbai and the pay order was full of mistakes and low quality print . so I requested for new one atleast so all things should be clearly printed I was given reason by branch manager saying all print are of same kind . you tell us what should we do I again requested to issue new demand draft as I had earlier specified I wanted demand draft so he said only option is to get new pay order which will be of same quality print as earlier given which mhada didn't accept as there were spelling mistake and misprint all over the paper I selected Bank of india due to my mother who is x employee of bank of india and my family alway gave preference now I didn't had option but to cancel the pay order and go to other bank to get demand draft resulting it wasted my 3 days for 1 day work also I have done my payment of mhada flat thru corporation bank and they gave me Demand draft as I requested and it was paid in Mumbai only iam surprised with this kind of approach from bank like bank of india iam sure I will have to think 10 time before going using bank of india services again sadly it is no more a star rated bank as it use to be with my mother and father in law use to work for .

                          I had been suffered from fraud transaction of my ATM card on 7th july 2015 i raised my complaint to Home branch of BOI and also filed FIR to police station. but i am unable to get proper response from Bank. The Security system and Service of BOI is very inferior and not up to set. The officer of BOI are unable to resolve my problem.Request you to take proper action against bank.

                              I have to come here 3 days to open a single a/c of my mom. first 2 days they said the person or staff who opens a/c is not present. it is not concerned to me that the bank is dependent on a single staff to open new a/c if the same staff will absent for a month or year then what will happen. Again when they opened the a/c i have to ran near manager for three times from one floor to another. And it has altogether taken n 3 hours to open the same account please look after this problem.

                                  I am a guardian of Mr. Rahul Vyas who account holder in Bank of India Branch Nagda his A/c No. [protected]. We are reqesting our Education loan and Bank sanctioned the Rs. 1.5 lack and we are also paying installment per month before the due date. On dated 20/3/2014 Nagda Branch Officer send a letter for giving Interest Subsidy for the loan amout. We are submitted the hole document bank required. But my Intereste Subsidy not senction. After some time when I quary, the Bank Manager sade to me "The Interest Subsidy only for Defaulter Account Holder, you are paying your installment regularly, so you can't eligble for the same" Dear Sir, I am paying all the installment regularly Why i am not eligble for the Interest Subsidy. Please take some action.

                                    I have issued an Education Loan in Bank Of India, Vedvyas Branch in March 2012.I have also submitted my father's income certificate in may 2012.In June 2013 I approached the Bank Manager regarding Interest Subsidy then I was told to be carefree as it is the Bank's Business and I dont need to be concerned regarding this matter.In May 2015 I checked my loan status and was informed that no adjustment regarding interest subsidy has been made rather only a very less amount of subsidy has been provided for the year[protected].Also the BAnk has asked for my father's income certificate for all the four years. When I gave a complaint in a written application no action was taken rather the manager behaviour was rude and ddnt responded properly.Also I have asked for the receipt for the income certificate that i submitted for further complaint process in a written application along with the circular attached with the application issued by IBA but was denied.I have also sent e-mail to the Zonal Office in Bhubaneswar and Keojhar but has not received any reply.
