I returned a product in Flipkart online shopping on 22 January which cost of RS 497. pick up was completed on that day . refund also issued but still now I didn't get 497 rs . please do what ever is necessary

    Dear sir

    I have a/c in boi no. [protected] I had placed order in meesho through google pay UPI but amount is deducted from my account but order not placed first they told me amount will be refund after 7 working days... when I contact meesho after 7 days they asked me to contact your bank for refund UPI ID is BUPI/[protected]/[protected]:47:26/UP
    Sir please help me to refund amount

      Last year total rtn charges deducted 2478 rs. And this year deducted 2767 rs. On 14 jan 2022 deducted 5 times 295 rs at a time. Please help me and refund my money

        No any loans and no any pending EMI it's all cleared but BOI three times deducted NACH RTN CHARGES

            Dear Sir,

            I filled the iari technician ( t-1) post application form 13/01/2022 . when I made the payment Rs. 300 of application fees from my BOI debit card then the fees deducted from my bank account but the payment status shows that unsuccessful .
            plz refund the amount.

And on[protected] Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

                DEMat Account activation

                I am Venkat Narayan Reddy Mallepalli a USA citizen /OCI now . I have a suspended Dmat Ac Client ID 101 63542 at Bank Of India DP ID 300749 which I am not able to activate for 2-3 years. I can not do business or close the Ac in frustration. They need a KYC which require a BOI brach official or Indian Embassy attestion which I can not get from where I live.I can get Notary signature or Reputed Bank attestion.
                I tried to do 2 yrs back...

                I was paying my academic fee at IIT Kanpur, Rs 15785 debited from my account but the transaction was not successful as the receipt stated that "Bank Declined Transaction" on 02/01/2022, 18:23. I haven't received that amount on my account yet, it has been more than 3 days. BOI Mobile is also not working it is, I am unable to even see my transaction history and mini bank statements.

                      I wish to bring to your attention that Rs.10000 has been debited from my account in a transaction not executed by me. On[protected] on 03:13 PM. I received a text that I have withdrawn Rs.10000 from my account. Unfortunately I did not make this transaction.

                      I checked my account balance and it showed that the money is missing from my account. Kindly investigate and shed light on this matter.                           I ordered two different jeans from myntra one jeans amount 1559 rupees and other jeans amount 899 rupees on 1 dec 2021.And i returned the product to myntra and myntra initiate my refund two jeans on 10 dec 2021 and the promised date 20 dec 2021.And reference number of first jeans is 75105171345001368381106 and second reference number of other jeans is 75105171345001368335987 but still my refund is not credited to my account after working days of promises

                            On 21st Dec, 2021 I paid 312/- on Flipkart with my Visa debit card, payment was successful there were no issues. But after sometime I cancelled the order for some personal reason. Flipkart almost instantly processed my cancellation and issued refund. But till now I haven't received the money in my bank account. I also contacted Flipkart customer service, they confirmed that they have done everything from their side.

                                I have deposited a cheque in PPF Bank account with Bank of India on 30/Nov. The cheque was cleared and balance was deducted from my account on 01/Dec. The entry is made by them on 06/Dec.

                                The staff there is totally unsupportive and went to an extent of saying that I am attending you at the cost of my work... Isnt attending to customer staff's work? Overall the staff there treats customers very badly too.

                                We found this gap as we went on 10/Dec to update the pass book.

                                  Sir/Madam,
                                  I reached bank (BOI MESTON ROAD KANPUR) at around 2:00 pm when i reached there the lunch was started so i start waiting for staff at 2:40 the staff came. The account i was using belongs to Agra branch and i want to do RTGS from kanpur. they refuse to do my RTGS by saying that 'RTGS cannot be done from here go AGRA and do from there... i requested them for around 1.5 hour but they have not done my RTGS they were very bad in behaviour... i called At customer care number they told me that they are wrong you can do RTGS from any place if you are the owner of that acconut and she told me to complain here. And after that i go to the main branch of kanpur they just verified my account and done my RTGS with in 10 minutes... and they also told me that you can do RTGS from anywhere but it should be only your's account... so please sir/madam please take strict action against MANAGER _ AMIT & one of there staff NEHA they were just taking free income from govt and not doing there work. Thankyou
