I supposed to recieved the refund of Rs. 299 from amazon.in for my returned item on 30/07/2021. They provide me RRN no.[protected], dated 30/07/2021 as telling they already paid refund but still not credited on my account.

I ordered Samsung Crystal 4k pro 43inch tv from Flipkart on 16/06/2021
worth Rs.36829 through BOI Debit card .
The Product received was defective so I decided to return it.
On 27/07/2021 the product was successfully returned and the seller processed refund of Rs.36829 to my BOI debit card.
Expected date to reflect the amount in bank was given 04/08/2021.
