      I have already written to Branch mr Sonal Mehra on 23.03.21, if valuation is required then I will complete the valuation from my end by my chartered engineer . Also Why don't you reply to my earlier emails?..

      It is taking 1800 to complete the valuation so why should I pay 2725 debit on 25.06.21 rupees, moreover your Chartered engineer have not yet visited my residence for valuation so how he has completed the valuation work

      Now every time says Mr Sonal Mehra I return balance amount, but do not return the balance amount till now.

      I request you please return the amount.

        I dont hv any account in your bank and cibil portal shows me that i hv isan credit card which has doubtfull transcations so do i know how you provide this card and to whom and how? without my concern. give me the details of all transcaction and card detail. and address where you delivered this card and the persons name.

        Sanctioned ammount is 3Lakh.
        Type of collateral is property do i know which property?

          I have a Personal Loan from herofincorp and the EMI deducted 7th of every month. In July 2021 I have sufficient balance in my Account at given EMI date But due to holidays bank didn't deducted EMI at same day. After that Bank of India deducted NACH RTN charges Rs 295 at 7th JULY. This was also happened in june Why Bank deducted these Charges while my account has sufficient balance both time....

          I was standing in bank for more than an hour . I just went to withdraw 3000 rupees and due to some thing i dont know what one employee said me that your fingerprint is not working . You will not be given money. And said me to clean my hands and go to them.
          Means what i was just standing there like a fool who just wasted his 1 hour that too standing in a line.

                Regarding OTP not coming on registered number

                I have updated my mobile number in online transaction in bank still OTP is not comming on my registered mobile number . I continuously requested bank to look into the matter and correct but everytime they have different excuses and no proper reply is received from the bank side. This can cause huge loss to me as anybody can misuse the OTP and it also causes delay in my transaction....

                Sir,
                I have ordered products from Amazon on the date of 14/07/21. It was to be received on 21/07/21. But I have not received my product on the date. So, I canceled my order on 25/07/21. Amazon initiated the refund of rs. 854 on 25/07/21 and, it was expected to come on 25/07/21. Amazon gave me the reference id 2DORsVublUNjFYEmzU74. But the Bank of India bank has still not credited my money.
                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                      Sir I am sanjoy Kumar Mohanty a locomotive disabled person having an account at boi .I diposited a cheque of Rs15000/ in the bank on 13/08/2021 but the bank not only cancelled my cheque but also deducted Rs354/ as penalty without informing me anything about this though I am having sufficient balance in my account when I arrive in the bank and asked them about this they push me out from the bank I am a poor handy capped man please give me justice to get back my hard earned money.

                        I ordered a phone (APPLE iPhone XR (Black, 128GB) ) from Flipkart and the price was 40699/- on 24 July 2021 and the order I'd was OD[protected] and I cancel the order on the next day on 25 July 2021 and Flipkart initiated the refund on the same day and the refund reception day given by Flipkart was 03 August 2021 but till now (14 August 2021) I haven't got the money in my BANK account. After talking with Flipkart for several times I got the refund reference no. 17203011206129810878988. Today is 14 August 2021 and I haven't got the refund.

                        I ordered the product by using my Boi debit Card. When I didn't got the refund even after the expected refund reception date passed I called the Flipkart customer support they asked me to provide my bank statement and I did gave them the bank statement as they requested but even after that there was no progress. After some days on 14 August 2021 they sent me email that I have already attached in my complaint. And here are the product details.

                        I also ordered three sarees from Flipkart and the price was 640/- on 25 July 2021 and I cancel the order because the prices was drop so i want to order that again. so i canceled and ordered again. Flipkart initiated the refund on the same day and the refund reception day given by Flipkart was 03 August 2021 but till now (18 August 2021) I haven't got the money in my BANK account. After talking with Flipkart for several times they only said to contact the bank. So I went to the bank. The bankers said that they have not sent the money yet, why will we stop the payment, you should talk to the people of Flipkart. Today is 18 August 2021 and I haven't got the refund.

                        Same here I went to the bank today and told them that I have refund reference no. But they said we can't do anything with that no. And they asked me to contact Flipkart.

                        Hello! I just got my refund.
                        You should call the Flipkart customer support and tell them what the bank sayed to you, they will look into that. At least that's what I did.

                        I think this is the problem of the bank itself / because earlier I canceled something, it used to be refunded in 2-3 days.                         Similarly I ordered something from Meesho on 21st August and returned it on 22nd August. He had given the date of 26 Aug but till now that amount has not been refunded.

                              I ordered Samsung Crystal 4k pro 43inch tv from Flipkart on 16/06/2021
                              worth Rs.36829 through BOI Debit card .
                              The Product received was defective so I decided to return it.
                              On 27/07/2021 the product was successfully returned and the seller processed refund of Rs.36829 to my BOI debit card.
                              Expected date to reflect the amount in bank was given 04/08/2021.
                              I check my bank statement but the refund amount is not reflecting
                              So, I contact Flipkart's customer executive and tell my problem that i have not receive Refund.
                              They told me to provide bank statement from product purchased date to till date.
                              So I provide the bank account statement on 05/08/2021.
                              They ask me to wait till 12/08/2021.
                              On 11/08/2021 I received mail from Flipkart they told that seller has already processed refund Rs.36829 to BOI debit card with reference number

                              for further assistance you may contact your bank's customer support with these details.

                              So I decide to file Complaint against Bank of India.
                              I Hope they will provide fast solution to the problem I am facing and the amount will be reflect in my bank account as early as possible.

                                On 10/12/2020 i went my nearby Atm for 3000 cash withdrawl i have done all process and the receipt came out but it shows the error message later on and the amout has been deducted from my main accout but the money did'nt came from the cash box and neither it has been refunded to my account back.
