i have fd amt of rs 250000 in the year of 2019. i have already facing problems while creating FD the employee are very careless.
they are direct debited the amt for without given any intimation & after that they send one msg which is totally incomplete.Now i found that the receipt which was received from bank is different. the account no and name mention on the fd receipt is different.

pls slove this issue on urgent basis. i m not free to visit your branch.also provide correct fd slip.

    My name is SINTU TALUKDAR and i had ordered MamyPoko Pants Extra Absorb Diapers of RS 374 in Amazon on 02/11/2020 and after 02/11/2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 02/11/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my bank, BANK OF INDIA but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but BANK OF INDIA does not have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint . It is very urgent.

        I applied for TXN password on 16th october, and i was being told that i will get my password in a week. I called customer care and they told me that it is still not printed. I had a word with SHIV Kumar (senior executive) and he told me the same that it does not take more than 10 days, and when he checked the status, he told me that still it is showing "printing in progress".

        I am not able to make any transaction as i don;t have my password. Yesterday Senior executive told me to download your mobile app, but i my registered mobile number is in basic phone. Now to run your application i cannot buy a new phone, nor i can change my sim to some other phone.

        I called in my home branch, and they told me that you will get your password by post, but the point is when?

        I am not able to regenerate, and if i would do by mistake, then again regeneration request would go. So, this is a feel of handicap because i am stuck.

        This mail i sent to the branch on 31st, but till now i did not get any response. I called customer care and still my TXN is not printed. Ridiculous bank and staff, shut your bank.

          Hi,
          This is to inform you that on 15th of October I had made a payment to amway the transaction was unsuccessful but my money got debited from my account the amount was Rs. 512/-. I had spoken to amway but they have said that they have not received any payment kindly help me with getting back this money.. im sharing my bank statement the passcode is 97902

                    I did a UPI transaction of Rs. 30, 000 using Google Pay on 14 October 2020, but it was unsuccessful as the BOI servers had issues during the transaction and the amount got debited from my account. I have not got the refunded yet

                      I am Ankur Bhagatsinh Vasava from Gujarat. I have an account of Bank Of India( Branch code:- 02531) and i use my atm card through State Bank of India ATM machine.( State bank of India Branch code:- 00465), Amount 800 Rupees Debited from my Bank of India Account. I give application at bank of India Branch but its Rejected. They Said Go to state bank of India they will give you money. and i also Visited state bank of India Local branch but they also not refund money, . They said your account is in bank of India so they give you money. I also Talk with ATM machine Engineer he said at the Cash access time we Get 800 rupee and we Credit at State bank of India Main Branch Rajpipla Gujarat.(00465) .Still I did not Get my Refund.

                          My txn password has expired from September 1st. I have visited so many times to the nearest branch Hatadihi. In the first week of this month Branch Manager told me that the txn password is coming from H. O. by postal. After receiving txn password along with an acknowledgement paper which I submitted at Hatadihi branch on 14/10/20 . But till now problem not solved. After putting txn password a msg from star token coming (11008)txn password has expired. Please solve it for which I am facing so many problems from 1st September.

                              I made a transaction on 5 oct 2020 using payzapp for my electricity bill payment and the transaction was failed and the money was also deducted but when i have cross checked it with my merchant so he didn't have received the money and the payzapp customer care told that the money has already been refunded along with a reference id[protected] but still it has nit been credited into my account please resolve this on a early basis.

                                My name is Lokesh Wankhede i am a customer of bank of india khaknar branch District Burhanpur MP. and I had ordered a Product of RS.3000 Western Digital Elements 1.5 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) in Amazon on 22.09.2020 and after that this order automatically cancelled by the seller. And on 27.09.2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                    Yesterday (9th Oct 2020) evening I tried to make an IMPS transaction (using beneficiary account name and IFSC code) for INR 2054.00 via BOI mobile banking app. After entering the transaction password, the mobile app popped up a message saying the transaction had failed and the reason for the failure was "Card issuer timed out". The transaction id for the same is:[protected]. The amount has not been credited to the beneficiary account.

                                    But when I checked my statement it showed the amount has been debited from my bank account. Even I haven't received the normal sms from the bank about the transaction details and balance.

                                    I contacted your customer care number, but they couldn't help and asked me to drop a mail to BOI.imps.bankofindia.co.in, but my mail delivery failed saying the recipient couldn't accept the mail as their inbox is full. So requesting your urgent intervention into the same.
