About fake messages

Hi
I am receiving messages from cp-boiind that 30000 debited in your account xx3048.. As i don't have any account in your bank...
Please remove my phone no [protected] from your database... And delink it from any account attached with it...
If in future my phone would be used for such kind of message or my funds gets misplaced, boi will be responsible for it......

Amazon refund not in account

I had ordered hand watch of RS.Amount 499 name in Amazon on 14 july and after i cancel my order in 14 july I cancel this order due to personal reason. I would like to inform you that on 23rd july 2020, time 5.28pm. I was paid phonepe of rupees 10000rupees from my account through my phone [protected] to sri santanu dutta, of his phonepe number [protected]. But till to date said payment is pending. But on being charge on 25 july, 2020 in my mobile shows that of my debited amount should be credited in my account, but yet not deposited in my account.

On 10th July 2020 I recharged RS269 through phonepe but recharge is failed and amount was debited my account.
on 15th July 2020 phonepe refund the amount to my debit card. but that amount didn't credit to my account...

IMPS issue

I have my account in their bank. On 13th of july i made one imps transaction, and reciever did not recieve the amount. I too did not get my money back in my account. I dropped a mail on boi. Hi,

I've applied for moratorium for the months of july and aug. But amount was debited inspite of insufficient balance and my account is defaulted due to this with zero balance. This is going to affect my credit score too. Why did this happen. I've received moratorium confirmation for my loan reschedule too. Very disappointing.

Refund of the amount and removal of default in account would be very helpful for...

POS transaction failed in BOI

My online transaction on Shein had failed on 30th June and i raised a complaint as it was a POS failure the customer care said.
I have the ref. no. but i haven't received any updates from the bank's end yet.
Earlier i was told by customer care that the amount will be credited within 7 days of raising complaint and it is already over 7 days.
Help me out immediately please.
