My name is suman majumder. I am a customer of amazon.in. I order a pc game copy from amazon.in on 9th august 2020 and paid rs.499 from my boi debit card. On 10th august morning i cancelled my oder and ask amazon for refund. After some time i got a mail from amzon they successfully refund my money but it will took 3 to 5 days to credit my money in my bank account. Almost 4 and half days gone but i have not received my money in my account. Also bank of indian did not send any mail. The money is very urgent. Please help me to get back my money.

    I have received the following message from bank of india on[protected].

    Boi - rs 23.60 debited (Trf) cwdr/031126/p3enpl04/resp_238 in your ac xx3285 on[protected].. Avl bal rs 107.53.

    Transaction done without permission.. And i did not even withdraw or transfer money on that day.

    I have not done any cash withdrawals since recent past 1-2 weeks.

    Need clarification and immediate action on how the above amount got debited/transferred? Is it a suspicious transaction?
    Please do clarify with the exact reason at the earliest.

        On 30june i tried to withdraw some money from a local atm of boi but eventually transaction got fail and amount is debited from my account now it's more than one month i have written alot of emails and did many complaints but my amount is not refunded yet, nor any email or any confirmation of my complaint has provided to me as i did an online complaint of this incident. I also inquired in my branch they said that on that day 3 transaction was made so i might have made complaint regarding 2nd transaction which was successful but i have an issue regarding my 1st transaction of 10000 which was failed. Now they are saying we can't do anything from here you have to solve this matter online. I hope boi will look into this matter and my money will be refunded soon, the amount is 10000 rs.

          Hi,
          I have pre-ordered a product in amazon on 28th july but i cancelled it on 2nd august. I requested for an refund, i was informed that the refund will happen before or on 7th august.

                      I am receiving messages from cp-boiind that 30000 debited in your account xx3048.. As i don't have any account in your bank...
                      Please remove my phone no [protected] from your database... And delink it from any account attached with it...
                      If in future my phone would be used for such kind of message or my funds gets misplaced, boi will be responsible for it...

                          Today at 10:15AM after standing in row, staff person Ms name not tell by her not done entries in my saving account pass book. Also she told that she will never do any passbook entry for previous 6-10 months any customer in any cost. I requested her that mam I tried entry machine many times but your passbook entry machine always not working this was not my fault and I need this for yearly income tax return, but she is still saying that you may talk to anybody but I will never do it. I also informed 3 staff member about this and Bank manager was not there. Although she told me to transfer my account to this branch . I am operating this account in every month in BOI but I am not getting the entries in my pass book.

                          This is very shamefull.

                                    I have an account in your bank. This is the third time i am writing mail to you guys. Last week i raised a complaint wherein i transferred money via IMPS, and the receiver did not receive but money got deduct from my account, but the message i was getting "payment failed".

                                    Today i used your ATM Card in Reliance Digital, in front of me it was showing on their screen "Payment failed of 427 rupees", i gave them the cash. When i reached home, then i got the message, amount deducted from your account. Shut down your bank if i have to write down mail every time. Seriously sick of this ATM, and IMPS issue.

                                      On 10th July 2020 I recharged RS269 through phonepe but recharge is failed and amount was debited my account.
                                      on 15th July 2020 phonepe refund the amount to my debit card. but that amount didn't credit to my account
