      I am not a client of Bank of India I have never created any account in bank of India but still I I received a message which is pasted below - "BOI - Your account no 7314XXXX4325 is now being activated. For any query please contact to your branch." And "BOI - As requested, your Mobile No.in Bank record is changed to[protected], if you have not requested for change please contact Branch." if there would be any problem for query the Bank of India will be responsible for it and I would suggest you to kindly remove my mobile number from your service it's very disappointing to receive such messages even I have no relation with your bank.

        I order on medlife on 23 march and pay 1650.18 rupees. Then i cancel order.
        So medlife send me refund money on 25 march.
        I pay on my boi debit card.
        They send me also refund reference number.
        Medlife says that refund amount credited in bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
        Today its 15th day of order cancellation but still refund money is not credited by bank.
        I also call bank customer care for more than 30 times but its always busy says please try again later. When call is connected i wait for more than 20 minutes to talk with banking officer but nobody pick up call.
        Please credit me refund money into my boi account.

            I got my confirmation massage from amazon that my refund of rs.259 has been successfully processed on 22 march 2020 in the amount should reflect my bank account now. They have provided me the refunds reference number also. 7be7kjdy0000k78hu969 till now i didn't receive my money from bank.
            Kindly chek and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              remove lien amount.

              Dear sir
              I am ranjeet kumar and my account no is [protected] in boi. I got a message like your account is hold. After login into internet banking it is showing lien amount 8000 and my account balance becomes negative.
              But there is no entry transaction details where is that 8000.
              I request for you sir please remove the lien amount and unhold the account.
              I hope you will solve my matter as soon as possible.br...

              Applied for death claim on 20 january 2020 but not yet settled. Not obeying rbi rules for handling death claims. Asking for succession certificate which is not required for within threshold limit of 40lakhs. But after bringing the succession certificate from court i visited the branch they said you need to submit the succession certificate after hesitating they said to bring a certified copy from court. As per rbi there is simplified way to handle by just obtaining a indemnity letter thats it.

Is linked with account neatly but now i create gpay account but there is some problem whenever I add a bank account they said cant find bank account or not valid bank account.

              I have completed the Payment of Aiims B.Sc. Nursing(Hons.) through SBI Payment method. Money was deducted form my account( 1500 Rs.). But in my Dashboard, it is still showing that Payment is incomplete and Redirecting back to step 4. Kindly look into this matter and refund back my money.

              Please Guide me Further and give an update.

                My name is suraj bulunge. I had ordered "toolscentre plastic 1020w paint mixer along with toolscentre paint mixer stirrer rod" of rs. 3410 (Three thousand four hundred and ten rupees) in amazon on 25 feb 2020 and after 2 march 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on date 2 march 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                   I am using debit card regularly for pos transactions. These transactions are duly reflected in my sb account statements
                  But in boi star rewards account no transactions are found with effect from 1st august 2019. I am not able to redeem the points earned. Action is needed by the bank to rectify the defect to reflect correct account in my star rewards points earned. Hence i have taken up the issue with bank grievance
                  Cell on[protected].
                  Reacting to my posting a reply received as: : matter has been referred to star rewardz team. You will hear from them in due course. Please contact your branch for more information. Accordingly i have taken up the issue with home branch through email 0n[protected] and a reply received on[protected] as:
                  We have escalated it to our respective team and request you to allow us 15 working days to get the status. But even after a lapse of 36 days account has not been updated.

                  I have received EMail from BOI Star Rewards member support on[protected] vide Case Id.[protected] informing that we have escalated it to our respective team and request you to allow us few more working days to get the status. But even after 12 days the issue is not solved and my account not updated. The bank administration is lethargic and in no mood to solve the problem.
                  I just send money to wrong person while using phonepe plz help me to recover that money so plz help me i am a old member of your bank plz help sir

                        I have booked my ticket online through irctc account from danapur (Patna) to pune junction in sl for 17 march, 2020. I have paid my amount through upi (Phonepay). My transcation id is:ptm20200312086624861886202003121008.

                        Transaction date: 12 march, 2020
                        My amount get deducted but ticket get not booked.
                        I have also got message from bank of india about my deducted or debited amount.
                        So pls i request you to refund my deducted amount as soon as possible because i have to further book my ticket. It's very urgent for me. It is my humble request.

                          I had deposited my pay check on 5th march 2020. It went out for clearance and on 7th march i received a message that my check is submitted to clearance but however a sum of 14890rs got debited from my saving accounts. I do not know if the deposited check has been returned too. I need a refund and i also need to know the status of the deposited check.

                            I am trying to pay through google pay, phone pay today from morning, it is still showing down. I am willing to apply for ipo which has last date tomorrow... Please do fast your set up.
                            As i am waiting for this ipo from long time. I can't pay to my broker due to this technical error. It's very shamefull that in a technosavi era, this kind of problem can creat a lot of trouble. And lot of loss to customer.

                              I am mohammad mehboob alam who is the account holder of your bank (Bank of india) bhagalpur bihar permanent account number / [protected]. I lodged a complaint in my bhagalpur branch that i was not able to access star token ng on my mobile and computer. I am because on reaching, he was telling blocks and suspensions. So i approached the bank officer to diagnose this problem but no solution was found for this problem. Because the bank has not updated my account yet. And so my star token ng has not been started yet so i am upset and complaining to you. That please request the current bank officer to start my net banking and star token ng to start all my account settings and all the services provided by the bank to all the customers. Therefore, i always remain grateful to mr. Sir for this work.

                                I have purchased a mobile phone from amazon on 11/02/2020 and then some personal problems I cancelled the order on 12/02 then amazon has initiated my refund of Rs 10498 on same date and they gave me a reference no. 75503720044037896480818 but refunded amount is still not reflecting in my account

                                    I do not hold any boi atm card since past 2 years and i also submitted an application in written stating the same to the bank concerned official in the year 2018.

                                    Then, how and why are you deducting amount from my account for atm card maint charge. When i do not hold any card, how is this possible and how do you justify your action or are you just taking the customers including me for granted and as # and deducting the amount as per your wish.

                                    Credit back the amount of 177 inr into my account in next 24-48 hours and revert with confirmation.

                                      नवम्बर में मेरा ac मुझे बिना बताए सीज कर दिया गया था। जिस कारण ac में बैलेंस होने के बाद भी बजाज अलाइज़ की क़िस्त काटी नहीं जा सकी ओर मुझे पेनल्टी शुल्क लगा।
                                      बैंक में पता करने पर मुझेसे एप्लिकेशन ले ली गई। पर आज दिनांक तक भी उस पर कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई। 20 फरवरी को दुबारा बैंक जाने पर mr कुलदीप सिंह पंवार द्वारा बदतमीजी की गई। दुबारा एप्लिकेशन भी नही ली गई और बदतमीजी के साथ बोला गया हमको नही पता जोनल ऑफिस जाओ। जबकि पिछली बार भी मैने गाइडेंस मंगा था इसका क्या करना है ac कैसे ओपन होगा । परहर बार वो बदतिमीजी करते हैं। फिर मुझे मजबूरी वश जोनल ऑफिस जाने पड़ा । अपने सारे काम छोड़कर क्योकि मुझ ac सीज होने के कारण बहोत दिक्कत हो रही है।
                                      उस ब्रांच में प्यून स्टाफ भी बहोत बदतमीजी करते हैं अगर समय से पहले बैंक चले गए तो टाइम दिखा के बोलते हैं समय से ही बैंक खुलेगा ओर अपने परिचितों को अंदर ले लेके लोक कर लेते हैं। ब्रांच मैनेजर अधिकतर फील्ड में ही रहते हैं और बाकी स्टाफ अपनी मर्जी करता है। किसी तरह की समस्या होने पर कोई गाइडेंस नही किया जाता।
