I have ordered an item form paytm mall but the transaction through upi was failed but the money is deducted from the account. I have already contacted paytm regarding this issue but they didn’t received any amount and bank of india didn’t give any response to me. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

Our Government is motivating us to go cashless but it will be difficult on our part to move on if our bank will not support us. Myself jesintha, ordered a kurthi of rs.599 in amazon and returned the product on 30/10/19. The refund amount was initiated by amazon on 30/10/19. But it did not reflect in my bank account til date.
