Hello sir,
I have made double payment of 1000inr using bhim app during filling a examination form o[censored]gc-net of registration no.[protected] on date 09/10/2019
As on first payment money deducted but it was not submitted so i again made the money then it was submitted.
Upi id of first payment[protected]
Upi id of second payment[protected]
But now i still didn't get my refund back of first transaction.
I also go to the bank but they are saying both payment was sucessful. Even i registerd complain on bhimupi but they also not properly resolved my complaint. Please resolve this issue.

    My name is pinky kumari. I had ordered two wooden home temple from amazon of rs.6900 each on 18 november 2019. Product name is the mandir store pooja wooden home temple with led lights for home. But i had to cancel the orders as amazon said that delivery could not be done in my area. And on 19 november 2019 amazon initiated my refund to my card but still i didn't get the money. Amazon sent these reference numbers r1-583415 and r2- 533678. Bank told me that money has not been initiated for refund. So pls kindly respond to this complain it's very urgent.       I did an imps transaction using boi app in the month of march of rs 17572/-. I missed a digit in the account number boi app has prefexid 0 transfer the amount in some other hdfc account. I have visited bank for guidance to get my money back, they are not at all helping me. They have not even suggested me about indemnity letter.

      Nobody is addressing my problem. Please help

        Boi has debited two times in a day cwdr charge without any transaction. This transaction is about rs 23.60 for two times continuously in a single day with out any transaction is done. I am. Facing two much problem due to this and bank branch is not giving proper justification to my problem why the money is been debited from my account. Kindly take appropriate action against them to solve this problem.

          I was trying to pay the fees of rs 800 for cbse recruitment through your gateway on today (November 25, 2019). Before the payment was done it there was an error generated with code : eferr021. On their page the status is shown as payment failed retry payment. But the amount debited from my account, kindly resolve this issue as by this i am not been able to proceed with my form whose last date is 16/12/2019. Please let me try...

            I cannot transact anything because the bank's server is constantly down. Our Government is motivating us to go cashless but it will be difficult on our part to move on if our bank will not support us. Since last few days, I've been trying to pay some vendors through third party client like paytm, Google pay, and phone pe, but my bank server cannot connect as a result of which the transaction is constantly failing. Please resolve this problem ASAP. Or else I'll be forced to close my account in this bank.

I lodged a complaint at bank of india website the very same day but its been seven days and the amount hasn't been credited back in my account even after the promise of bank of india of returning the amount within 5 to 7 working days which is written on their website. Its a big amount and i am in need of it.

              Transaction was successful on recharging from Bheem app on 11/11/2019 but recharge was not done. Today is 2 days. Amount has not been credited till now

                I requesed for atm on 14 november 2019 fron boi ratangarh branch. Bank asked that it will be active on 16 november 2019.
                I tried that atm after 48 hours on 16 november at a pnb atm but it displayed unauthorised access, i thought the atm card not active yet.
                Now the actual things happen. After 30 min i got atm withdrawal of 2000/- and just after that 10000/-. I visited branch office and asked branch manager regarding this. He said he bloked the account and atm and asked me to raise a fir.
                I leaved the branch and after 10 min, received another message of 3000/- withdrawal. When i again reached to branch, it was closed.
                The customer support of boi was not handling and properly answered the questions.

[protected]), on the date[protected], i visited to bank to print my passbook, i came to known that a transaction of withdrawal have been done of rs 10, 000 without my acknowledge and no any (Sms alert), message received from bank site regarding in this withdrawal on my registered mobile no.

                          Harrassment by staff at defence colony, kanpur nagar branch

                          Sir,

                          I have the honor to submit following few lines for your kind consideration and sympathetic action please-

                          I have opened the current account in bilhaur branch (Kanpur nagar) which is nearby to my business point. My residence is in jk colony which nearby to your defence colony branch. At weekend and holidays i am coming back to home and depositing the money in defence colony branch.

                          While depositing the money in defence colony branch every the behavior of the staff of the bank is very - very rude and passing the unwanted comments.

                          I have lodged the complaint to zo kanpur on 02 aug 18 and 22 aug19 to zo kanpur and mumbai central. Mumbai [protected]@bankofindia.

                          Due to this problem, since last year i am not depositing any money to your bank. If my problems are not sorted out, i am going to close this account and switch over to other banks, hence you will be losing huge amount of turnover per year.

                          So you are requested to kindly look after the above matter and take the necessary action.

                            Respected sir/ma'am,
                            I Pirmadvala aspak siddik bhai holding account "[protected]" in your bank in infocity branch of Gandhinagar.
                            On 17th September 2019 during noon i went to withdraw amount in my home branch bank's atm of amount Rs.7000, but the money didn't came out of atm and was debited from my account.
                            I went to the branch but they told to wait for 45 days but didn't get any response from your bank. Your bank responded me with the reference number No.300919DATA98930. I had trouble during diwali as your bank didn't refunded my amount. This is so shameful for your bank. I have attached a copy of the same.

                              On 09 th October 2019 23.50hours Swipped Rs10664 for purchase of INDIGO AIRLINES Cash Counter at Pune Aieport Counter.
                              Transaction Unsuccessful Slip generated twice and cash was paid, subsequently the account was debited and it is past 10 days (Oct 20th) after lodging complaints and several follow up not yet reversed.

                                Myself jesintha, ordered a kurthi of rs.599 in amazon and returned the product on 30/10/19. The refund amount was initiated by amazon on 30/10/19. But it did not reflect in my bank account til date. The reference id given by amazon is : 1uju9hk60000k1rmpuze. Amazon requested to contact the bank's customer care if not credited within 4 days from the date of refund.
                                Kindly take further action to make this as soon as possible.

                                    Before few days, i requested to settle fixed deposit and saving account under death claim settlement of my mother ram barat devi.in which, i was the joint holder as either or survivor.
                                    Inspite of being a patient, i have been called four times in branch for that same issue. I asked for my balance enquiry but got denied by your staff. And finally when i got the settlement amount through demand draft, i found demand draft sevice charges has been deducted from my account. I lodged online complaint on bank of india grievances portal. My complaint no is 1-[protected]. They replied to contact branch but today on 8th nov 2019, when i asked about this in my home branch, they denied to receive my complaint or refund my money. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
