Dear sir

I am a divyang ex-employee of bank of india. I cannot walk.

I have two sb a/cs in dewas branch.

1. Pension account [protected]
2. Joint account [protected]

I have been using boi net banking for over a year. Every month i transfer pension to our joint account.

Suddenly today when i sought to transfer pension, a message came that my transaction password is invalid – although it is not.

So i sought to regenerate a new transaction password. When i did so the message came that my atm card is not attached – but it is attached because i withdrew rs. 12000/ yesterday by using my atm card no. [protected].

Sir, i do not understand this new game. Please attach my atm card to my both accounts immediately and oblige because i cannot walk,

Hi,

I have tried to apply a home loan, and manager Srinivasan was forcing me to pay 35K to him to approve so I have denied to apply Home loan from BOI (Miss Niharika denied give my signed form, and may be it is getting misuse). Later after some days 1593/- has been deducted from my saving account without any information & without my permission and 15K is blocked (Non-usable) in my saving account.

1. I have not given any cheque/ I have not signed anywhere to deduct any amount from my saving account.

Need your help to short it out ASAP.

Hello, i did multiple transactions on amazon.in in past 15 days as there was good sale going on.
Some items were returned back to amazon and hence refund was issued by amazon back to my bank of india rupay card [protected] which is linked with account no [protected] in the name of anita mittal.

Bank of india is doing zero effort to redress the issue. These shameless creatures are disconnecting calls delibrately, not responding on twitter handle and facebook messaging. Not responding on pos. [protected]@bankofindia.com, not reponding to onine refund claim form filled and not even reverting to grievance redressaal forum.

I demand my money back as well as compensation of rs 10000/-.
I have all proofs of messages and mails sent to boi regarding this context.

I made payment to indian railway for rs1540/- to the debit of my account [protected] on[protected] through star token and the amount alongwith charges were debited to my abovementioned account on[protected] as of[protected]Vide reference no stubp[protected]; however my tickets were not booked by indian railway with the remarks "payment pending from bank end" vide their reference reservation id: [protected]. With due respect i am a customer of your bank of india, abohar-152116, pb. Branch, under mudra yojna, cgtsma or standup india, for rs. 1000000/- loan, nowrestructured to rs. 910000/- firm name - monga industries, term loanac. No. Is[protected]. I also had current ac and cc ac. Of rs. 90000/- loan but i closed both the accounts becouse of extra burdon to maintain account. My term loan ac. Balance to pay is app. Rs. 900000/- till date. I have paid app. App. Rs.250000/- in this account inc. Intrest amt. I have paid all this amount in cc ac. And term loan ac. From myown savings or borrowings. Problem before me is sale becouse i have startedmanufacturing plant of cement pavers and tiles in aug. 2017 but after infrastructure andlayout of plant and machinery i started manufacturing in this fy from may 2018. Imanufactured some pavers, tiles worth rs. App. 1.5 lacs. But on the same time in 2017last our market committee started using isi marka tiles. To do a plant as isi marks tilesand pavers it costs app. 5 lacs to 7 lacs. One factory in our city is isi marka. Tiles andpavers for m. C, abohar is comming from bathinda and mukatsar. I have no money to do itas isi marka plant. I have paid all the money to bank till date from my savings andborrowings. This month i was unable yo pay then too i am trying to pay something in myterm loan ac. Here i request you to adjust with me and i will try my best to start andincrease sale at the earliest to clear the loan in this unadjustable condition. Please bearwith me and i will sell the goods privately and cant sell to govt. Contracts.

One important thing is that. My husband went to bank in april 2017 to take loan to start sharemkt. Office in city, they also have done all the court work for loan as advised by bankmanager and spent about rs. 15000/- for this to pledge some registry but after few months bank manager says to take the loan on your wife's name because there is a govt scheme for women on mudra loan scheme. Then they gave us loan in 1-2 days. Bank told for that and advisrd us to show a new business and also send me to a c. A for udhyog adhaar and 3 yrs advance balance sheet and loan statement to take loan. Then b. M demanded a quotation and paid the final payment of rs. 910000 term loan and 90000/as cash credit to purchase new machinery and raw material to start monga industry factory. We are having all the machines and raw material and final product of pavers tiles of rs. 150000/- lying at our premises. We are unable to do run business and now we are unable to pay also. We are having no money to pay. My husband is not doing anything because we are unable to do anything becouse we did not get payment to start business for what we went to the bank. This was an intimation to you for market conditions unfavourable conditions. Please save us from harrashment of bank.

As per cert issued by bank branch an amount of rs12450 is paid as interest in senior citizen saving scheme. Also rs 12450has been deducted as tds
2 however tax deducted is not sent to itax. As on today it says total income from boi — 66500and tax recd by itax 6625
3 this luks to be ridicluous that a govt bank does not deposit tax

4 what for then bank deducts if they dont deposit in itax???
5 form16 is mandatory to be issued but bank of india is above law and they dont issue

6 iwant to know who gave authority to bank to keep tax with them

Today i got a sms that, boi - rs 17.70 debited (Trf) smschrgsapr-jun19 gst cust 118 in your ac xx2818 on[protected]. Avl bal rs 9.80

But why my money will debited from my account?

And what is trf? Explain it.

I want my money back as soon as possible.

Please help me for the situation of my account.

I'm facing the problem of checking my balance and also not bale to send the money to others in my phonePe and Google Pay account. I've called both of them they say it's bank's issue, contact your bank. It always shows what is shown in the images. The problem started since i changed my device though I'm still using in the same device in which i started to use.

Dear sir /madam, five months ago, i have applied for loan against property with all formalities as stated by bank authority. While submitting the application i was assured that loan will be sanctioned within 15 days. After 15 days, i went to branch several times to meet the concerned authority. Every time i got the same reply "will be done very soon" from bank authority. It is also very tedious for me to visit the branch to get the updates. I am working person and have other responsibilities too. It has been a long time. It is really very disappointing that bank authority is non - adherence to the fair practices. Today i recieved this message regarding the debit from my account of 38.20 rupees
Boi - rs 38.20 debited (Trf) in your ac xx6018 on[protected]. Avl bal 0.00.

But there was no such transaction that i have done. Please refund my money.

Deduction was without any cause kindly credit the money.

Kindly reverse and credit the money back.

Tax is deducted by bank of india, hospital road branch, jamnagar-361008 on interest earn on january 28 amounting 365+365 total730.
Bank has given me certificate showing these deduction is from my saving bank accountwith them.
To file incometax return 26as is the legal form available to us.

Those 365+365 tds is not reflects is 26as downloaded on 30.06.2019.
I have made complain to bank showing all the details.
Still the issue is not settled.
Kindly help me.

I have two accounts one with BOI and one with Kotak Mahindra. My account with kotak is seeded with NPCI and linked to aadhaar but BOI account is only linked to aadhaar and not mapping with NPCI. The DBT shows me notification that account number not mapped. Ihave several time visited the bank but they decline to take the NPCI form. And today i just peeked into their system when they were checking my linking status it showed that my bank account was not mapped with aadhaar. Please help what to do

My name is d. Karunagaran and i had ordered 1937.00rs. Amount product in amazon after i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 1.07.2019 the refund is initiated
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
