Had returned an item

Awb[protected]...

To nykka a for which they have confirmed the refund and they initiated refund amount of rs.751 on 8th may 2019 but this amount has not been credited to my account. The refund reference number is ret_[protected]

I had send mails and do call to nykka team they told me to visit bank because they initiated my refund on 8th of may.

Its worst experiance.

Please check this dispute and let me know as early as possible

After this complain i have got mail from nykaa and they took efforts and they respond on my mail. I have received refund on Today .Thank you Team for quick response .

    Hello team,
    I tried to withdraw 10000 rs from my account using my bank of india debit card. Amount deducted from my account but didn't received the cash from machine. I got transaction declined receipt.

    Transaction date: 03/may/2019.
    Transaction time: 07:31
    Atm id: s1cnq452
    Address: bmlj house 169 bara bazar.

    Called customer care several time, also logged complain on 04/may/2019 but money didn't get reverted yet. Online complaint reference number: atm[protected].

    Today[protected] customer support operator told that it will not get reverted due to some reason.
    Kindly let me know why amount not reverted yet. Requesting you to resolve the issue on priority because already more than 10 days has been passed.

    Also attached the transaction declined receipt. Please find the attached file and refund money on priority basis.

      I had returned an item "order#[protected]" to amazon.in for which they have confirmed the refund and also processed the amount of rs. 298.37 on 29th April 2019 but this amount has not been credited to my account. The refund reference number is[protected].

      I cant get sms from google pay. They said u need a link number with ur bank account. But i have all ready linked number .
      As Amount debited from account twice 5000 each but could not processed successfully to upstox trading account with details of the screenshot being attached...

          Dear Sir, I Have Made Two POS Transaction of Rs. 549 Each As on Dated 12th Feb 2019 But The Transaction Was Unsuccessful But The Amount Was Deducted From My Account. After That I Filled a Online Application Form As on Dated 15th Feb 2019 For Refund For both transaction seperately as instructed by BOI Coustomer Care. But the Amount is refuded for only one transaction for second transaction the amount is not refunded till now

            I have book my train ticket from paytm but the ticket not be proced and before entered my irctc password the money will be deducted and then my phone going sleep mood so i have not complete my booking details bt till now the money not be refunded bt the bank and paytm shows that money will be sended to your bank so may i know why i haven't get my money back???

              I applied for loan on 27 april 2019 and document was collected physically on 4thmay 2019 but the status was updated as loan amount has been disbursed to bank account. I have checked my bank satement stil amount has not credited.
              I received that amount has been disbursed but not yet credited in my account. Please as soon as possible resolve my problem. I applied a loan for my urgent requirement.

                My friend rayapu reddy somu naidu ([protected]) sent 2000/- amount on 02 may 2019 at 19:36 hrs through phone pay to my number ([protected]). But i have not received any amount to my account. I already approached to bank of india, but they replayed that, this is comes under completely phone pay issues.

                For the above mentioned transaction, amount credited account number xx0755 is not mine

                So kindly refund to my account as early as possible with out any issues

                  I tried to make postpaid bill payment of docomo mobile thrice by rs.337 (Total 1011rs.) on 11.03.2019 but every time amount debited from my account without payment made successful. I complaint at bank of india home branch (Tupudana, ranchi, code : 4954) many times but did not get the refund. I also complaint through mails but no resolution yet. Please refund my money as i am frustrated by complaining number of times.

                  I tried to debit 7700 from a PNB bank atm on 19/04/2019 the money was debited but i did not get any cash.I did put up a complain but still didnot get the refund.
                  My money was deducted in 17april2019 by paying of electricity bill...and bank not responce at that time

                    Pathetic customer service/no proper response from the bank/
                    The only reply i get from the bank is to wait for 45 days.

                    Frequently called customer support and bank authority. Dropped emails to the department. Went to the bank filled pos reversal form to revert earliest, still waiting for the amount
                    So disappointed to know that it takes 47 days to give refund, where as other banks likeaxis takes 7-8 days to revert the amount.

                      Made a transaction of Rs. 40000 on May 2nd 2019 in which i entered a Wrong account number. And after realising this i called my branch (Vijaya Bank, Sakchi) to look into this. He did not take any step and he further asked me to give a written complaint. On giving a written complaint he sent the reversal letter to the bank of india branch, keonjhar orrisa. I also contacted the imps complaint forum. Asked them to hold the money, but even they did'nt help me. The details are..

                        I am a account holder of bank of india (Deoli khanpur branch) having account no [protected], i was trying to make a payment of my electricity bill against ca no.[protected] as on 28/12/2017 through paytm of rs 6710/- but the amount has been deducted from my account and since last 1.5 years no amount has been credited into my account.

                        Paytm says that they have not received any payment from bank of india and bank says they are looking into this matter but since last 1.5 years there is no response from the bank and the bank manager says they are not for me only, they have many big customers.

                        So, how we can appreciate the digital india, how we trust even banks are not corporating with us.

                        Plz help my money auto debited from my saving account in LB nagar Branch
                        Ac no:[protected] Rs 44, 600/-
                        Which is Purchasing online EBizz Company .
                        Informed in LB branch and given letter also
                        On 24/04/2019, I had 3 transactions of Rs 3003.24 from NetBanking of my Bank of India and so far only 1 Amount Refund has been done and it is 9 days today. One day refund should be refunded in one day. I need payment and my job is stuttering.

                          I do not have any bank account in bank of india and i am receiving the message from vm-boiind that
                          (Message: as requested, your mobile no.in bank record is changed to[protected], if you have not requested for change please contact branch.)

                          So, for any fraud the bank will only be responsible and i will not be responsible for anything and i am gonna lodge the complaint on 100 no. Against bank of india....

                            I didn't get my refund from bank i place a order from Amazon but it cancelled and Amazon pay my refund but it doesn't reflect in my bank amazon reference no.[protected] my refund amount is 5969

                                  I am receiving following sms since last 3-4month but i dont have any account at boi.
                                  "boi-monthly interest of rs 4270.00 charged on[protected] in your cc ac no xx1260 a gentle reminder to ensure servicing of interest."

                                  Today i received new sms - "your a/c no. 07030xxxxxx0657 with akluj is dormant, please contact branch with fresh kyc document and recent photograph for activation of a/c."

                                  Please help to delete my mobile no and update it with correct owner of account.

                                    I got a payment from google adsense on 21st april 2019 and was said to contact bank if i don't receive funds within 5 days. I contacted my branch (Bank of india, koyla nagar branch, dhanbad) in this matter too before the transfer for the swift code and they told me to enter bkidinbbrmb (Ranchi main branch) as swift code.

                                    Till date the funds has not been credited in my account. I have contacted bank several times and i have already provided the payment receipt copy to the bank but i am not getting any positive respond.

                                    Kindly look through the matter urgently for which i will be very thankful to you.

                                    I'm unable withdraw money, whenever I'm trying to withdraw the amount after entering my atm pin it's showing your card is restricted and also I'm facing problem with money transactions after entering the correct upi pin it's showing incorrect pin as it is in the below image what is the solution for this problem

                                      I have ordered one earphone from amazon and i paid from my boi atm card but bychance the earphone i got was damaged so i returned and amazon return back my money to the same atm card and sent money to atm card but due to atm card problem i have not received yet my money.
