After speaking & confirming the interest rates in written by mail to the branch manager mr. Raju wagh, i mailed for start of autosweep facility, i told them to send a confirmation but instead othey sent me a mail for doing kyc which we did, recently i checked for interest on the autosweep funds i was astonished to see no sign on interest in my account, after enquiring i got to know they have forgot to start autosweep facility for my account & now they are trying to avoid the situation, no one is ready to speak to me as i stay in mumbai, i send my person but they are not responding, why should i bear the loos of interest due to your staff mistake, they are trying to coverup the whole issue.
Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
