I add 300 in my paytm wallet from my debit card at 13/04/2019 at 7.54 pm first transaction was fail but 300 deduct from my bank account[protected] and second transaction was successful but 600 deduct from bank I all so call boi customer care they told me your money was deduct but not add go to your bank and fill the from but I have holiday on Sunday...

In my mobile banking app I forgot my login pin also transaction password so when I take option forgot login pin they direct go to enter transaction password . there is no other option to login in my account.after forgot login pin they direct go to enter transaction password...at least give some options to login in to the account

My customer ID[protected], at chembur naka Branch, Mumbai 400071. My wife has SCSS deposits with this Bank and Interest due on 31st March 2019 is still not paid. All other Institutions where SCSS is operated, the interest is given on 31st or First. The service from this Bank is quite bad. They have facility for ONLINE complaints as a show piece. You will never hear from them on any Complaints. I think this Bank is insulated from all regulations....

The up to date machines are not working from many months. Many people are facing problem to know their balance and facing up to date problem. The behavior of bank staffs are not good. They are taking rudely. Paper work in the bank is very slow like to open a account on this bank takes approx 15 to 20 days. People are facing many problems in the bank facilities also.
