i have kyc of paytm and also a kyc of BOI account .sirr when i m try to pay with the use of BOI debit card this mess is generated

I buy some products through online retailer shop but when i return it myntra initiate the amount of product to my account but it doesn't credited in my account i called support team of boi several times but no solution given by them they just give me several ids, and numbers but they didnt reply they are just playing with us please dont open account in boi their services is reallly pathetic, unsatisfied their headoffice and branches are worst ever and there is no difference between thugs and boi so pls aware

    I did recharge from amazon pay for bsnl operator date 18/04/2019 from master card atm card but recharge was not successful so recharge was amount 70 rs so 70 rs debited from my boi account but balance was not refund so please my debited balance refund and i contact on boi customer care and customer care officer said that complaint on this web site so please refund my debited balance

      Dear sir, i gone to withdrawn 2000 from obc bank atm but in meanwhile machine gets halted but message of bank received that 2000 debited. I complaint to obc staff they replied that the amount will be credited in 24 hrs if not then file cash reverse from your bank branch. On 18 filed cash reverse the bank staff said the amount will be credited in 7 days. On 28 i received bank message that your complaint has been solved. I checked my balance but amount has not been credited again i visited the bank said that matter has been marked solved but amount has not been credited. They said to file a written complaint so i filed a written complaint but till now the amount has not been credited

      Old ATM is hot listed without providing New ATM card. ATM card No- [protected] valid upto 05/20. Account No- [protected] of SMARANIKA KONER . I am unable to use the ATM card to withdraw money.As per advice i searched for new card in the branch also but not found,

      installed the app and registered the SIM number and showing error is being written and
      written linked account is having ineligible mode

          Hello i am rutuja gaikwad. I am a mba studentstudying in pune and i had applied for scholarship, to avail the benefits it is mandatory to link addhar no. With bank account. My account is in bank of india, bahadur shaikh naka, chiplun branch-415605
          I had visited the branch more than 10 times even my parents also went there. The branch employees are very irresponsible. They are saying that your adhar is already linked with bank account where as its not linked yet. Please help me out with this issue.ac

              I have a current account maintained in name of m/s. Sai jashan associates at a/c no [protected] at your shirdi branch,
              After speaking & confirming the interest rates in written by mail to the branch manager mr. Raju wagh, i mailed for start of autosweep facility, i told them to send a confirmation but instead othey sent me a mail for doing kyc which we did, recently i checked for interest on the autosweep funds i was astonished to see no sign on interest in my account, after enquiring i got to know they have forgot to start autosweep facility for my account & now they are trying to avoid the situation, no one is ready to speak to me as i stay in mumbai, i send my person but they are not responding, why should i bear the loos of interest due to your staff mistake, they are trying to coverup the whole issue.

                  I am a customer of your bank with account number [protected].
                  In December you sent new ATM cards with chip for my account. I searched for ATM booths of your bank to generate green PIN. But non of ATM near my locality was working when I contacted home branch, 1G-52, B.P.N.I.T. Faridabad on 16/03/2019, manager of that branch Mr. Atul Haleja told me to go to NIT no. 3 ATM, When I visited there that was also found to be not working. So I came back to the branch and asked to make PIN for my ATM card in branch, he refused. I demanded for complaint register that was also not provided. Please take suitable action in this regard and provide ATM PIN for my ATM card so that I can use my account.
                  Please take suitable action in this regard otherwise I will have to take legal help.

                  On 21/10/18 i was withdrawn rs 20000 through
                  Atm machine but it become unsuccessful but amount has been deducted from my bank account. I complaint that problem on branch office and head office of bank but nobody can take any action on it . That's why i inform you to please solve my problem as soon as possible

                    I had given rs 34000 deposit cerificate for closure on 9th april 2019. When i visited the bank today found only rs 10000 credited to my account. When i informed the staff, they told account is still active and rs 24000 still lying in my account. They failed to close the account and asked me to enquire after 1 5 days. Why should i wait so long to get my own money back. Please help to resolve the issue soon

                      In my mobile banking app I forgot my login pin also transaction password so when I take option forgot login pin they direct go to enter transaction password . there is no other option to login in my account.after forgot login pin they direct go to enter transaction password...at least give some options to login in to the account

                          I am going 6 th time from last 40 days for open new bank account in bank of india, auto nagar branch, guntur, andhra pradesh.
                          Lot of account applications filled by customers but they said after April 20 they will create new accounts.
                          I am given my application on march 12, 2019 they said come at april 2nd week, today April 8, 2019 again visiting for completion of new account bank account manager said after april 20 come, they will start the process of new accounts open.

                          There is lot of issues in the bank of india. They not given little bit of service. Proper service we dont know whats that from this banknof india.

                          We are hoping and need helping.

                          Yesterday I have pay bill amount of 2373 rupees at 3pm by google pay to tata power electricity.
                          after bill paid I got transection fail massage from Google pay but amount(2373 rupees) is detected from my bank of india bank account.
                          But I didn't get refund amount yet.
                          Bank of india employees playing drama those are offer bribe they can get loans. So i am complaint against bank of india all levels.

                            I have booked irctc ticket on 18 dec 2018 of amount 485 rs. Then on 20 dec 2018 i have cancelled my ticket for which irctc refund my amount of 425 rs.                                 I have booked irctc ticket on 18 dec 2018 of amount 485 rs. Then on 20 dec 2018 i have cancelled my ticket for which irctc refund my amount of 425 rs. And irctc also provide me details of refund, but still till now my amount not credited in my bank account. I have try to contact with bank by mail, online complaint using boi website and also gone my home branch office too many times but still my amount not credited.

                                Even i have share ARN no. with bank which i got from IRCTC, also filled pos complaint form as per bank officer need but still my issue not resolved, below i have atteched screen shot of mail got from irctc and pos form which i submitted in my boi home branch.

                                  I have recived text messages from the bank about transactions and account debit and credit details which appear to be incorrect . I’d like to inform i have never had an account in the bank or with its any branch officea
                                  So kindly remove my number ([protected])from the database and update it with correct information please. This issue makes it difficult for me to keep record of my actual accounts at times and this bothers me as to why the bank has not updated the actual account holders details until mow. These messages have been frequent and started a year or two ago.

                                    My customer ID[protected], at chembur naka Branch, Mumbai 400071. My wife has SCSS deposits with this Bank and Interest due on 31st March 2019 is still not paid. All other Institutions where SCSS is operated, the interest is given on 31st or First. The service from this Bank is quite bad. They have facility for ONLINE complaints as a show piece. You will never hear from them on any Complaints. I think this Bank is insulated from all regulations.

                                      I am an existing customer of bank of india, i have both saving and current account in boi, khetrajpur branch, sambalpur, odisha. I am facing a lot of problems while deposit any party cheque to be cleared in my account. The branch delays a lot in clearing a cheque. This time they done a great mistake, i deposit a party cheque to be cleared in my account but in case of credited amount in my account, they debit the cheque amount from my account. After that i deposited money in my account, that's money is also debited from my account. I am fade of by this mistakes, which hampers me a lot. Please do the needful and reverse my money as soon as possible. If always this type of mistakes will happen in future that i am taking decision to closed all my accounts from bank of india.

                                      From past two days I am trying to contact customer care regarding upi on [protected] but no one is receiving my call hence my problem is not solve my boi. I am disappointed with the service of boi . Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
                                      On March 9, 2019, I placed an order from Amazon which on Delivered March 16And I returned this product on 17th March and they refund me rs-589 on 25th MarchAnd that should have been credited to my account till March 29, but my account has not been credited yet.I want to refund my ₹ 589 as soon as possible...
