My name is savita mahadeorao shrikhande. My account no is [protected].My bank branch is sukli(bai).
I was withdrawal 4000 rs from indian overseas bank atm on 27-11-18 two times but one time i have received 4000 and second time i can't received amount of rs 4000 but amount is deducted from my account.
First transaction failed amount is refunded but 2nd transaction amount not refunded till time.

    Boi atm cash rs.5000 not dispensed by machine but my account debited today 4.12.2018 with standard chartered bank
    Dear sir
    I have done two transactions at 2pm for rs10000 & rs.5000 on bank of india,
    Atm, gh 4 market paschim vihar new delhi. Rs 10000 was dispensed by the machine inrs.2000 denomination but rs.5000 not dispenced by the atm machine.
    My a/c with standard chartered bank showing debits as
    Atm withdrawal self switch at nfs 14.05.48/8338 rs.5000 (Debited but cash not dispensed) & atm withdrawal self switch at nfs 14.04.36/8338 rs.10000 (Cash dispensed)
    Request you to pl take up the matter & arrange to credit rs.5000 in my account [protected] with standard chartered bank for which was not dispensed by bank of india atm. Gh 4 market paschim vihar

      server down issues

      Unable to do any transactions from 3 days through my account... Unable to transfer money from any other online sources like bhim app or other recognised apps all it was showing as server down or your bank not accepting payments from past three days.. Even today still shows the same.. How much time you people take to reset it... React fast as can _ thank you...

      My name is ayush srivastava and i live in lucknow, today at 3:57 am i used boi atm located at chinhat tiraha for cash withdrawl, i didnt recieved the withdrawl and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. The atm id is - alc8017/clc8006 and the transaction id is - s37582009. Kindly take action and refund my amount of rs.1000 which i have not received, please take action for this.

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is this. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. So, kindly look in this matter asap.

          Me noor basha have a small cap mutual fund for 500rs on nov 6 i got my balance debited but the worst system of boi has no idea why my account got cutted 3 times 206 rs in my account i will see next month and if there's no cut i will continue or else i will cancel. Coz pickpockers are the bank founders, i don't have a place to complian on these real pick pocketers of india

            I am very disappointed with the bank of india's narsinghgarh, dist rajgarh, m. P. Ifsc bkid0009958 branch customer services. The second branch of bank of india provides very good services, compared to narsinghgarh. There is a 3-day deadline for clearing 1 check and there will be minimum 10 to 12 days clear. Even before this, the services of the same branch were not well served in other branches. After this month, i will be fine to close my account now. Thanku

                  This is in refrence to transaction done by mrs. Monisha chugh. I withdraw rs 8000 on 10.09.2018 from sbi jwalaheri atm. Amount was deducted from account but money did not dispense from atm. I lodge complaint but boi bank said that money was dispensed and now when i lodge complaint again then the sbi manager see the cctv footage and said that the cash was not dispensed. I again file complaint to boi but they said they cannot lodge the same complaint again online. So please look into the matter.

                    Respected sir/madam, i made a complaint of withdrawing money from atm on november 17, 2018 online on boi website atm failure/refund form and got a reference numbers. Reference number is atm[protected]. I debited 10, 000/-
                    From another bank atm but cash not came from atm machine due to server issue. I called customer care they said that it is server issue and i have to fill an online form for this and my amount will be refunded in 7 working days but it's been 13 to 24 days. I colled the customer care person thrice they even don know when the amount will refund n they only giving me false hope. Please help me to solve this issue. Already 13 working days completed till amount 10000rs not refund back to my account im also attaching screenshots of my complain reference no. Kindly look into issue and resolve it.

                    Kindly update me asap . I already suffered with boi customer care misguidance coz even they don't want to take any initiate for there clients. It's already been 13 days I hvnt received my refund amount n I'm not setisfied with there customer service. I don think so 10, 000/- is a less amount. If I will not get my amount so I HV to take legal action against them.

                          Rs.4993.00 was debited fraudulently in my account number [protected] on 12-13/09/2018 through 9 transactions. I blocked the atm card and informed the bank immediately. Rs.1900.00 has been refunded on 29.09.2018. Remaining amount is awaited. When contacted the branch manager of bank of india, dala branch he said that he could not do anything i may do whatever i want to do. Concerned officers are not cooperating. My mobile number is [protected]. I have also lodged my complaint on the site of bank of india but no reply is received till date.

                            Hi we had done a transaction few days back through boi debit card, the transaction got declined but the amount got deducted from account. As a process it should get reverse in 3 working days as other bank does, but the amount was not reversed also we had to personally visit the branch and fill a form to reverse the amount. The time for the process is 45 days which is surprising and not acceptable.

                            This process is pathetic and needs to be changed like other branch

                              Hello Team,

                              I would like to highlight the pathetic services that I am experiencing day and day out from bank of india
                              Below is my concern.

                              1. I went to HDFC bank ATM and did tried to withdraw 1000.00 (But ATM displayed message time out ) no cash came.
                              2. I again did the same truncation for 1000.00 but again ATM displayed message time out and no cash came.

                              I thought no cash available in ATM then I visited other bank, in the meantime I got the message stating that 1000rs debited from my account twice. Can you please refund 2000.00 at earliest?

                              Pertaining to this I called customer care but one of the representative picked the call her name is saida and he replied pathetically.

                              Please find the transaction details. I want 2000 + 30(ATM charged) deducted from my account so in total I want refund of 2030.00

                              I have raised refund request via BOI portal but no action have been taken yet, below is the details:-

                                I had used my bank of india account for booking flight ticket on 5 nov. But according to their customer representative he said server were down that's why the transaction got failed. Now my request is that it's been more than 20 days but why you don't credit my money yet. When i will get..??
                                If they don't take a minute to deduct money why they are taking such long time. My money was deducted ₹5653.. I will wait till the 5 dec and then i will go to consumer court for sure..

                                  Respected sir/madam, i made a complaint of withdrawing money from atm on november 8, 2018 online on boi website atm failure/refund form and got reference numbers on november 9, 2018 3:51pm. Reference numbers are 091118data2709 and 091118data2713. Atm transaction failure at indianbank atm nehrunagar 4th line, guntur-522002. Once 2000rs debited but cash not came from atm machine but message notified as money debited from my account and again 2000rs debited. This time no message notification but money debited. So total 4000rs debited from my account. I called customer care they said that it is server issue. I go to bank and also fill chargeback form on november 19, 2018. Please help me to solve this issue. Already 17 working days completed till amount 4000rs not refund back to my account i also attaching screenshots of my transaction details. Kindly look into issue and resolve it.

                                    I purchased jio phone worth rupees 1549 in a local shop. I swap my bank of india debit card for payment. Due to some reasons transaction failed but amount debited from my bank ac. I raised a charge back request in my home branch of bank of india. Still i didn't got my refund yet

                                      I am saving account holder of boi branch baheri. My account number is [protected]. On date 01.11.18 of 06.40 hours i was used my atm card withdrow for rs 7000 of sbi atm gokulam mysure. But cash didn't come and i received message that rs 7000 debited in your account. I complaint in branch then given this message boi - your complaint disputing atm txn of[protected] for rs. 7000 is being lodged with ref. No. 091118data2515, then some day after i received one message received boi - rs 700.00 credited (Trf) cwrv/475172/40610003 /b01/nfsi in your ac xx4139 on[protected]. Hence i received only rs 700. But my due amount is rs 6300. Again i complaint, my complaint reference is boi - your complaint disputing atm txn of[protected] for rs. 7000 is being lodged with ref. No. 171118data716. Then received one message boi - your account has been credited with rs. 7000 for failed atm txn dt[protected]. That day again one message received one messageboi - rs 7000.00 debited (Trf) cwrr//475172/40610003 in your ac xx4139 on[protected]. But my due amount is rs 6300 didn't give by boi. Please help me.

                                      NEFT Done from bank of Baroda on 10/08/2018 wrongly credited to ac no [protected] name baba auto spares amt 2673 please transfer the amt to correct ac no [protected] Name baba Auto spares.
