I had given written request on 09/10/2018 for my atm transaction failed issue (No money in the atm and my 2500 rs debited from my account number [protected]) bank of india account.
And also sending many mail to boi team but not recived any single reply. And also trying to talk but jo responce from boi.
Bank of india ahmedabad branch.
Also trying to call lodge on boi website for atm failure transaction refund process.
All boi team said you money will come after 5 or 6 days but today 15 days gone still no activity from boi.
So what is going on anybody help me.

    Dear all
    I made a transaction on
    20/09/2018 to flipkart
    details MEDR/flipkart Int/283661
    With refund reference no [protected] being provided by the flipkart customer care
    Amount =15, 999
    The money has been deducted from my bank account but the order has not being placed as they didn't received the money on time. Its been so long I haven't received any
    Please help

      Hi,
      My name is dr juhi gupta. I had an sb account with the bank vide ac no: [protected] at the indirapuram branch. The customer id is[protected].

      I also had a locker facility at the bank with locker number 27. The locker was started on 16/4/2008 along with an fd for an amount of 10, 000. I had not operated the account for sometime. The fd sl no: is a0007563 dated 16/4/2008.

      A few days back i went to the bank to close the locker and my fd. To my utter shock i found that my locker had been handed over to someone else on 28/11/2017 without any communication to me or seeking my concurrence. I had absolutely no intimation about the same. The keys of the locker are also still with me.

      The bank personnel were not able to give me any satisfactory answers on how this could have happened. I could not meet the branch manager as he was not available.

      I submitted a letter on september 10th, 2018 to close my fd and transfer the amount to my sbi account number [protected]

      It has been more than a month now and i have not received the amount.

      There are two very serious issues here:
      1. Closure of my locker without any intimation to me
      2. Failure to credit the matured fd amount to my bank account basis the letter the submitted, even after 40 days of submission of the letter

      Please look into this and do the needful at the earliest. I am adding photographic evidence of my account, locker, and passbook.

              On 9th october evening i went to axis bank atm near taratala auto stand to dispense some cash. I tried to dispense 6500/- twice from my boi card but it showed atm service is unavailable for both the atm machines. After 5 mins or so at 5.44 pm & 5.52 pm cash was deducted twice which became 13000/-.

              I contacted immediately to boi bank and registered a complaint on that day but still the amount is not credited. Attached screenshot.

              Tried to dispense twice of amount 6500. Cash deducted 13000 but didn't dispense.

                Bank of india was offering boi swasthiya bima policy to their account holders in assocation with national insurance. Suddenly they discontinue the scheme and ask to go for national insurance mediclaim or any other insurance company. Their premium was really low in compare to other insurance companies. Now national insurance is asking to pay 3 to 4 times more premium which is very high and unaffordabele. Bank of india can ask national insurance to give discount to existing policy holders in new mediclaim policy by reducing premium. Irda must look into the matter.

                  Dear sir/mam, i used my boi atm card to withdraw money but transaction was failed. The problem is that though transaction was failed, money was debited from my account. I went to bank of india main branch and complained. More than 15 days have passed but i have not get my money back. Here are details of my transaction

                    A refund of Rs.1699 was successfully initiated on September 21 by amazon. However, it did not reflect into my account even after 10 days. I have called boi customer care several times but all are in vain, they never helped me for once, did not file charge dispute nor accepted the reference number provided by amazon to locate the refund. I even contacted home branch but all were simply helpless. The asked me to get the utr no from amazon which they are not providing. No one is helping me get my money. If such happens then how can we rely on online transactions. Please look upon this matter. My account no is: [protected]. The reference number provided by amazon is[protected]. This prolong drag between bank and amazon is really frustrating. So please help me on this.

                      I have tried withdrawn 10000 rs from BOI ATM Near Sabitri Bharali School, Regional Res.Inst.Homeo, Lalganesh To Ganeshguri Pwd Road, Odalbakra, Kahilipara, Guwahati, Assam 781034 on 7/10/2018 at 15:28.The amount was deducted from my account but i didn't receive any money and unable to dispense receipt came out.i am using PNB Debit card.i have informed my bank about it and lodge a complaint against it with complaint no SR A[protected].I haven't received my refund yet.please resolve my issue.

                            A refund of 575 rupees was successfully processed on 18 September 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my Bank of India account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the Bank of India customer service and also emailed the Bank of India main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken. the unique transaction reference number is[protected]

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                            kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              I have issued a cheque of rs.150000.00 bearing no: 040831 on 14/06/2018 to mahua saha and she deposited the same at state bank of india, bhadreswar branch. The cheaque was returned quoting the reason: drawers signature differs". But there is no dispute as per the record. You have also debited an amount of rs.590.00 on 18/06/2018. It is only for holding the fund and harassment for me. So you reverse the amount immediately to my savings account no: [protected].

                                I've been trying to register for internet banking services since over a year, but every time i enter my bank account number, registered mobile number and verify the captcha and press submit, it shows me onur system error: please try again later.

                                I first thought it is a one time issue, but it has been over a year since i've been trying to register. I've even tried different devices, browsers, but all show up the same error.

                                I cannot visit the home branch in odisha as i live in pune, and hence i urgently need access to internet banking facilities to request a new debit card as my current one (Without the security chip) will become invalid after december, 2018 as per as the latest rbi laws. Please look into this matter asap.

                                      I have not received my pension arrears as on date in spite of my best efforts.in this respect i had submitted a complaint bearing grievance id no.1-[protected] dated 28/08/2018. Whenever i go and enquire from the desk and manager also they put a plea the delay is due to bank centralized process and it will take time. For this reason i have been compelled to come to you.
