On 08/09/2022, I made a payment of Rs. 209 using boi rewards app wallet of Rs. 51.50 and Bank of India account of Rs. 157.50 for mobile recharge, but it failed and the wallet amount was credited But the amount deducted from the bank account has not been returned yet.

    I-myself Niranjan verma S/o Jagdish Kumar Verma, I had tried to transfer money in the account [protected] branch tiwariganj lucknow, from my SBI account but by mistake the money was transferred to the account [protected] at the date of 17 OCT 2021 . Then i have informed to my bank and also the Bank of india in which the amount has been credited, my sbi branch has mailed to that BOI bank BUT, they always tells us that to make the contact with the account holder in which money was transferred his account is inactive, he is not holding the account since last 1 year because there has not he made single transuction there in only my 6000 rupees which is on hold but BOI not transferring my money . Kindly please sir help me out in any way possible in obtaining my money back.

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Savings Accounts

            The issue that I have experienced was: Hy
            Mene 25 August ko Amazon se ek product purchase kiya tha bank of India visa debit card se 13899 rs ka or Amazon ne 2 September ko 13899 rs ka amount bank of India visa debit card me successful initiated kar diya tha but abhi takh bank ne mera amount mere bank account me credit nhi karwaya Refund reference number -74332742246224543428180 or ye 13899 rs ka refund reference number hai jo Amazon ne muje provide karaya h or ye ek proof hai ki Amazon ne successful refund bank ko kar diya hai

            This meant that Me both jada pareshan ho rha hu bank of India bank se rbi ki guidline se 5 working days me amount aa jana hota hai but bank ne mera amount nhi kiya hai credit I am very disappointed please help

              Mera refund abhi tak nhi aya hai 21 aug ko order comfirm ho gya tha 26 aug ko order complete ho gya tha but size issue tha toh 26 ko hi return me dal diya tha or 27 aug ko approved ho gya tha 27 aug ko pickup ho gya tha product refund 30 aug ko ana wala tha but account me aya hi nhi statment nikalvaya toh usme credit me 528 rupees show ho rhe the pr account me jitne pese the utne hi hai abhi bhi refund aya thi nhii bank me flipkart wale bolte h bank m amount dal diya h pr account m amount nhi aye hai🥺🥺plz help me .

                Rs. 295 has been deducted in the name of Nach rtn charges. I have no loan nor an EMI and niether of my cheques have bounced. Then why this unnecessary and unjustified deduction ? I would like to hear a justification or a refund.
                I request an immediate action.

                    Hi,

                    I hold bank of india ac # [protected]
                    I transacted 5000 via mobikwik app upi.
                    The Money was debited but the transaction remain on pending status, This was on the 27th aug which is way over the 24-48 time frame they ask to resolve such issues, It has been more than 8 days it has not been resolved, I sent email to bank and spoke to many customer service reps still I got no resolution.

                            मैंने दिनांक २९/०८/२०२२ को Common Request Form मैं Criteria No.15 पर (✓) करके... Please issue account statement for above said account from 01/04/2019 to 31/03/2022. ऐसा form filled करके ब्रांच में सबमिट किया। ब्रांच के अधिकारी वर्ग ने रिक्वेस्ट की की अभी प्रिंटर खराब है, कृपया आप आपका email id दे दीजिए हम आपको स्टेटमेंट मेल कर देंगे। हमने उन्हें हमारा email id form पर लिखकर दे दिया।
                            आज दिनांक ३० अगस्त दोपहर तक स्टेटमेंट नहीं मिलने के कारण ब्रांच में जाकर पूछताछ की। अधिकारी वर्ग ने थोड़ी बहुत कोशिश करने के बाद आज फिर से टेक्निकल इश्यू है अभी नहीं हो सकता, बाद में आइए ऐसा कर हमें जाने को कहा। इसके पश्चात हम ब्रांच प्रबंधक जी से मिले और उन्हें हमारी दिक्कत बताई। उन्होंने हमें जवाब दिया कि वर्क लोड बहुत है, कृपया हमें सहयोग दीजिए। हम तो सहयोग दे ही रहे हैं लेकिन एक ही काम के लिए कस्टमर कितनी बार ब्रांच में जाएंगे। ब्रांच के प्रबंधक और अधिकारी वर्ग की भी यह जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि कस्टमर का प्रॉब्लम जल्द से जल्द solution निकाल कर solve करके देना चाहिए, नाकी हमेशा प्रॉब्लम ही बताते रहे।
                            कृपया आपसे नम्र निवेदन है कि इस प्रॉब्लम का solution निकालकर उसका हमें समाधान कर दीजिए।

                                    I am unable to make a payment from my debit card. I had previously paid to the same service before twice. But I cannot understand why the issue is occurring this time.

                                    Date of incident : 25/08/2022

                                    After entering the card details for payment and proceeding, it shows :
                                    "Your card was declined. Please try another card, or choose a different form of payment."

                                    I contacted the payment platform, FastSpring, they suggested to contact the bank. They replied :
                                    "if the payment is still getting declined we strongly recommend you contact your financial institution to better understand why is getting declined."

                                    I urgently need to do the payment. I will be grateful for consideration.
