As i withdraw mentioned money but i didn't get money in my hand from "union bank of india premnagar" branch at date of 4-may-2018 and moreover mentioned money had debited from my account. I have already submitted money reversal form from boi ballupur branch.

    That instant atm service
    Nd still not provided..
    Today i visit branch for atm
    They behave rudly nd arguing with me
    Nd they were saying, waiting 10 days or more...
    Nd he was saying close ur acc
    We will charge 250 rs for close acc..
    Nd also saying this is a government bank go to private bank nd take fast services..
    Wrost bank, wrost services and also [censored] persons...

        I have a saving account no. [protected] in bank of india, devli khanpur, new delhi, 110062, ifsc code:- bkid0006080.
        On 01/05/18 at 09:06:48 time i used my atm card xxxx xxxx xxxx 4793 at chaurasia trading, deoria, u. P. With tid :- up049196 for amount rs. 2, 000/- (Two thousand only.). But the transaction was failed and the amount was debited from my account. Till 06/05/18 i didn't get the refund amount. Please do the needful.

          regarding balance show insufficient

          Dear sear,
          Most humbly and respectfully i beg to say that i have a problem with my a/c balance it will show insufficient money i am not able to transaction my balance.
          Once a day i transaction my money from internet banking it will be failed but money will cut from my a/c and i call you do many times but didn't pickup. So i requested to you please help me out

          Sir my two refunds of rs 1016 and rs 1662 which are initiated by phonepe on 26 april 2018 have not been received by me in my account. I got this message from phonepe
          "your refund of amount rs.1016.94 has been successfully processed with reference number[protected]. Please reach out to your bank with ref. Number if the amount does not reflect in 7 business days."
          So please initiate amount in my bank account

                Your internet banking app boi btw is very poor. Your customer care help line is very poor. After wasting more than 15 minutes u nevery comes to communication. Your app boi bombay is not opening always. Every time the message comes users details are not available but some times for a moment logging is possible through retail banking bank of india.com. I am writing this with sorrow because i had never expected such detoriating trend of the bank.

                Mai bhim app me upi activate kiya tha jisame sari prakriya puri karne ke bad UPI PIN set kiya tha. money transfer bhi kar chuke the lekin ab UPI PIN phir se set karne ko bata raha hai. Set karte hai tab DEBIT Card galat bata raha hai. Kaise set karu .

                  Without any information my account has been freezed & when i go for an information they said ' need open new account' i agreed to but till 6 months nothing has happens then again i go to bank for farther details l, they said' need to fill up new account form again' i did it as per their direction. But so far, no account has been opened. When we tried to lodge complaint to cc, a lady, who denied to lodge our complaint & misbehave with us.
                  Bank staffs are are also not giving the proper information whenever we go for details.

                  Please take a look & do the needful.

                      Hi
                      I have been receiving messages from bw-boiind rs.3000 has been credited in your account xx0704 available balance rs.2085... And overdue rs.5085... Pls pay before...
                      I do not have any a/c with boi. Pls remove my mobile number (Protected) from database.
                      Boi would be responsible if any problem occurs to my existing account and if my funds gets misplaced.

                      My account is debited by 10, 999/- + 10, 999/- which is paid to flipkart but that transaction is not done by me. i complaint same day to branch, branch accept my application and say that transaction is stop. you will get your amount in your account in 45 days but until there is no response and no action is taken by bank. whenever i go to bank they give me time and say wait wait wait...
                      for this region i didn't pay the admission fees of my son.
                      I belong to middle class family it is not possible by me to forget that amount that is not little for me. so please do something.

                      My account is in Mahua(bank of india), again bank manager gave time and said wait. I want to know when I will get my refund when I complain and request for stop that transaction same day then why too much time is taken to refund, I think bank don't want to refund.

                      I want to say that if complaint within a hour after debited from my account. So how transaction is made. when I complaint to bank then Bank of India (Mahua branch) why not stop that transaction. I want to know the region I have Application of same day. if I didn't get my money I Will file case against Bank of India (Mahua Branch).
                      This is not easy money. If you can't take any action so say clear cut.

                        The problem is that the amount got debited while paying with debit card, but the transaction was not successful and its money have not refunded yet.

                              I am sahajaddin molla. I have a bank of account number-[protected]. I am withdrawal money from sbi mini atm 10000 rupee, on 19 april. But 10000 rupee debited my account, though transaction was failed and money was not withdrawal. The transaction id is [protected]. My contact number is [protected]. So please enquire and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                Excess gst/bank charges rs.6600/- charged in place 3000 /- appoximate as agreed by bank manager majith mandi amritsar against bank grantee made on dated 27.12.17 it should be around 3000 as charged by my other friend.
                                We have discuss the matter with manager and he have reversed rs.1600 but matter is pending to reverse balance charges

                                It should be reversed in my account no [protected] boi majith mandi, amritsar

                                  I got msg on 17/01/2017 through BOI-Star sandesh that my request for issuing checkbook has been registered but till date I have not received checkbook on my postal address...Now it is more than 5 months I have not received check that I requested in BOI, Jamui branch, Bihar

                                    Subject: no facility available at the airport lounge despite of being charged an extra fee of approximately inr 1700 (Annually) while issuing the international credit card.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is with reference to my international credit card # [protected], which was issued to me by charging a heavy annual fee of approximately inr 1700.

                                    As a part of benefits, i was told that i can use this card internationally at any airport and there would be a lounge facility that would be available for this card.

                                    I was at netaji subhash chandra bose airport (Kolkata) on april 21, 2018 where i decided to finally avail the benefits of the card. I am very disappointed with the experience that i've had, where in i was explicitly told by the staff, that this card is not eligible for a lounge facility.

                                    The staff clearly mentioned that there is no such facility available on cards like these and i clearly felt humiliated because of the benefits that i wanted to use as a part of the card facility mentioned by boi.

                                    I'd also like to inform you that this action makes me feel cheated and i don't wish to continue with this card and services whatsoever. Kindly refund the amount that i have paid for getting this card issued and cancel this card for me.

                                    I hope to receive a revert and a quick action being taken for my request.
