Boi - rs 47.20 debited (Trf) in your ac xx5625 on[protected].
I want my money back in the account. I am student and i cant afford this to give 47 rs free in trf debit or anywhere. So i want my money back as soon as possible
I am not satisfied with your services at all. Why this happened dont know. This is not the 1st time that i have charged like this. When this happened before i did let it go, but this time i will not do the same..
I want to run resolve my issue at any way.
Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today (12.01.2018) I have updated my no. & apply for net banking after 8 hours I have received message i.e Rs 120 debited to ur a/c. Why? You people are sending lots of messages to update aadhar and other information than why you deduct Rs 120... You should pay my money... If you deduct money for transferring money, update mobile no etc then why should I keep your account.

At least I will shut your account one day. Wait...day.

    Kindly note one off my bank account in bank of india, godhani nagpur branch - rs 118.00 debited against trf from my account *0000197 on dated[protected].
    If bank should charges every month or quarterly such hidden charges then i should withdraw my complete services from bank of india and shifted to another reputed bank.
    Could you please check and confirm me reason for amount deducted.

      My name is moulishree pandey, on 4 jan thursday i visited bank of india atm in civic center. As the withdrawal process was going on, machine started counting the cash n machine stopped working. I wanted to withdraw rs.2000. It was debited from my account but i didn't receive it. What should i do now. I visited somewhere around 6pm. Because machine stop working n it would take 15 mins i was in a hurry so i moved to another sbi atm and then axis bank atm there i got this information that money has been already debited bt i didn't get the received. I hushed to boi atm so the watchman said that i'll be recovered within 24hrs no one has dispensed it. M not much aware of how to use atm. For me it very important to get the money back as soon as possible. Please solve my problem.

        I took loan of 150000 on may 2016 and bank debited some amount from my account every month but now they said that it is only interest not principal amount and they forced me to submit 56000 as a principal amount. I borrowed the money from outside at 5% monthly interest. It was bank fault why the i didn't debit amount and why they didn't tell me from last 18 months. Now they forced me to give them all amount

          Please save our career we taken some commercial vehicle from boi on finance on 2016 jan to 2017 dec on offer letter of transport company as a gauranter for loan now we having overdue money in bank. Bank is not taking any action against transporter who given gauranter for loan recovery bank is disturbing giving thread to loan members only. So much money corruption is done by bank transporter. We are innocent. Plz check all the case done by bank of india ramgarh branch.

            I am a user of boi internet banking facilty. Actually i am facing problem in accessing my star token. When i am entering my user id it is showing me the message 'too many failed additional authentication attempt '.

                I am disparately intimate that my bharat gas lpg subsidy has not been credited in my a/c no. [protected], as i received the message on my registered mobile no. [protected] since july 2016. Then i went to gas agency they submit me report of aadhar no.[protected] not link my bank a/c. Bank of india, ghatkopar west branch's staff not co-operate the same as i showed the same report. But all effort are vain. Three time i submit copy of my aadhar card. Please give me justice. Otherwise i have to go to court, to beg for justice.

                  Lot of time I compleaning but no progress in it. All UPI services is not working with my bank account.bhim, *99#, phone pay tezaap all are say bank of India don't return any account with this number or your bank take to long time to respond.

                    This is to inform you that while doing an online transaction the amount of rs 150 got debited from my bank account on 07.12.2017, yet the transaction failed and money is still not refunded. I already spoke about this with my bank executive and the online application customer support and they said the transaction was unsuccessful as the request was denied from bank's end. Later it was confirmed by the bank of india's bank executive. They assured me that it takes 24-48 hours for automatic auto reversal of the money, which again did not happen. I again had to call the bank of india customer care. This time they asked me to fill an online form for the refund. Even after i did not receive money. Please understand that i am an account holder of the bank from past 11 years, such kind of casual approach affects the bank's reputation. For a technical fault why should a customer suffer for 15- 20 days. Even till date i did not get back my money. I called up the customer care again and this time they said i have to wait for 7-14 days for refund. It is my humble request to kindly refund the money, it is already more than 20 days now. I have attached the related image with the mail.

                    Please understand there is a limit to everyone's patience level. If still the bank continues to behave such reluctantly i am afraid i may have to lodge a complain to consumer forum.

                          I raised the related issue with the local b. O. I, branch manager, of alkapuri chowk branch, giridih, jharkhand on 13/12/17, with furnishing the full details along with an application, but due to his callousness and negligence behavior or work culture, nothing has been done so far in this regard and debited amount of rs 1000/ to my account no. [protected] has not been credited as of now despite there is a clear instruction of the r. B. I to resolve such issues within maximum 07 days.

                            Sir i had done two transactions of rs 2248 on 25 november 2017. Unfortunately both transaction failed and reverse slip of only one transaction is printed which is added to my account but the other transaction is still not added to my account. I fill an online pos failure transaction form 2 time and they provide me with a lodge no. I also contact the merchant for this and they said that the payment was not successful and they didn't receive the payment in their account. They provode me with a authorized letter that they didn't receive the payment. So i request you to please check the matter immediately. My details are

                              Dear boi customer care,

                              I saiyed asif, visited in your ghansoli boi, branch on 18.12.2017, for passbook entry, first i try with the machine, it read my name, but will transaction it say no entry, as the entry was there. Then i told the boi staff regarding the incident, he check my account and told entry is there, and told print the passbook from his neighbor staff, i went to take the entry from her she deny to print my passbook, inspite of now customer was present, then other staff check in the machine he to fine that system not taking the entry, inspite of saying multiple time they not ready to print my passbook, and told visit your mumbai branch, when i told its centralized every where, then to they deny to do entry.
                              Late i visit the branch manager, and i request him to do the entry, but he told come at 4 pm, mow my staff are busy, same problem was having other customer, they to facing the issue in printing.
                              And hardly 1 or 2 customer was there, who come for entyy, but the ghansoli staff not want to do entry.
                              Kindly request to check the matter.

                                Hi sir!
                                I md nazir alam is a account holder in bank of india (Gorthamba arkhango)-giridhi (Jharkhand). I was deposited rs 20000/- on 6th oct 2017 and trying to withdraw amount rs 10000/- on 10th oct 2017 through atm of bank of india but amount would not received will wait for few mints there but amount will not came out and then transaction was failed at that time and also amount was debited from my account. I went to branch manager on the same day but unfortunately branch manager was not there then he took my complain on 18th oct 2017 (Complaint no:- 171017 data 8648) i continuous following with him about the status of my complaint but he has not able to ans any thing, after few days he told me that i dont have any ans of your question and he did misbehave with me also. I was really disappoint with the behavior of branch manager of giridhi branch. Then i went to gurgaon bank of india branch for the query on my raised complain, manager said not having any update on your complaint kindly contact to your home branch.
                                Really disappoint with the services of bank.
                                So, then i am coming to you and request you please resolve my problem it already being 3 months.
                                Looking for positive response from side.

                                  I write this information with great dissatisfaction that i have account with boi and currently stuck up with the withdrawal from my account as the linking of aadhar is complicated with the current situation.

                                  When i go online, upon clicking the option to link aadhar always get error "sever not respon..." this has been going from long, attached is one of the sample of how the online service is provided the picture describes "your grievance no." with no registration number, also the mobile app upon launching get the error message "finnacle app... Restarting...". It is not like i can travel to home branch and the info updated.

                                  Mr prime minister talks about getting things digital... I can see that here clearly.

                                  Now i want money that s stuck up in my account, it is an emergency for me.

                                  If the banks can't solve the issues faster please have the them shut.

                                    I have submitted a cheque of rs.25200 which i got from my college after a day at morning i got a message of "boi - rs 25200.00 has been credited (Subject to chq realisation) in your a/c on 161217 to clg" in your account after that

                                    At evening again i got the message in that "rs 25200.00 has been debited (Clg) in your a/c on 161217 to clg"

                                    Again within ten minutes i received one message "*boi star sandesh* rs 295.00debited (Trf) in your a/c on[protected]"

                                    Please help me...
