I write this information with great dissatisfaction that i have account with boi and currently stuck up with the withdrawal from my account as the linking of aadhar is complicated with the current situation.
When i go online, upon clicking the option to link aadhar always get error "sever not respon..." this has been going from long, attached is one of the sample of how the online service is provided the picture describes "your grievance no." with no registration number, also the mobile app upon launching get the error message "finnacle app... Restarting...". It is not like i can travel to home branch and the info updated.
Mr prime minister talks about getting things digital... I can see that here clearly.
Now i want money that s stuck up in my account, it is an emergency for me.
If the banks can't solve the issues faster please have the them shut.
