I write this information with great dissatisfaction that i have account with boi and currently stuck up with the withdrawal from my account as the linking of aadhar is complicated with the current situation.

When i go online, upon clicking the option to link aadhar always get error "sever not respon..." this has been going from long, attached is one of the sample of how the online service is provided the picture describes "your grievance no." with no registration number, also the mobile app upon launching get the error message "finnacle app... Restarting...". It is not like i can travel to home branch and the info updated.

Mr prime minister talks about getting things digital... I can see that here clearly.

Now i want money that s stuck up in my account, it is an emergency for me.

If the banks can't solve the issues faster please have the them shut.

    I have submitted a cheque of rs.25200 which i got from my college after a day at morning i got a message of "boi - rs 25200.00 has been credited (Subject to chq realisation) in your a/c on 161217 to clg" in your account after that

    At evening again i got the message in that "rs 25200.00 has been debited (Clg) in your a/c on 161217 to clg"

    Again within ten minutes i received one message "*boi star sandesh* rs 295.00debited (Trf) in your a/c on[protected]"

    Please help me...

      I am bank holder of bank of indai kuchaman city branch dist - nagour state rajasthan. On date 09/12/2017 i tranasction with staff selection commision total 3 tranasction are done by me. But two tranasction are failed and bank charges 3 tranasction amount. I complaint bank of india online on date 11/12/2017. But no reviw or response give me by bank

        I had applied for sbi credit card for online international transaction service.

        After one month i got credit card my home address.

        I don't know what to do now?

        After few days i get a call from sbi mumbai credit card teem called me to approval the online credit card and if you not your card will be canceled.
        And i given the the card details and the took my credit 8000.00
        That call was coming to delhi to register paytm company was took my money.

          I have visited branch regarding the issue i m facing using internet banking. They have assured me of getting a pin within 15 days and then after getting that pin i’ll be able to use internet banking. The staff has noted my details but it’s almost one month my problem is yet to be sorted. Why would a customer always run to the bank and fall prey in front of them to get the work done.
          It has to be solved within the time frame but still i m not able to use my internet banking. Not satisfied with the assurance given.

            I am an old customer of your bank. My pension account no is [protected] with chaibasa branch. The branch has withdrew for rs. Rs.13, 500.00 (Rupee thirteen thousand five hundred only) without information and without consent of me. I have also not received any otp/sms for the said transactions. I have mentioned here under the transactions :-

            Today I used my debit card to withdraw money from ATM. But ATM did not gave money nor it's receipt.After that when I checked my balance then it shows your money is debited.
            Bank of india. Kalawad road branch. Take lunch break 2.00 to 2.30 every day new rule for bank no lunch break between working hours of bank
            A refund of rs 349 which initiated by amazon.co.in is not credited in my account and am try too much to contact bank of india customer care but not getting any response the date of refund initiated is 18th of Nov.

              I am visiting the bank of india., rajeev. Nagar branch, patna for last 7 days but they are saying printer is not working, i have applied for account opening and because printer is not working i am not getting my passbook ready..

              So kindly look at all these issues closely. It is very annoying for a working class people to visit banks again and again for a single work.

              I have deposited cheque of 1500000 in my account no. [protected] named sunita Mittal on27/11/2017. But only 150000 credited in my account on 28/11 I have reported to bank but they are not crediting my account with my balance as 10 days are gone
              My two transaction failed. But money deduct from my account .I didn't received money from ATM.kindly add money in my account.

                I had given a cheque of rs 1.14 lac to deposit on 3dec. Cheque is from sbi. I got an msg as money is deposited. But on the same day i got another msg as amount got debited and they apply 590 rs charges due to cheque cancel. I went to bank. Manager told us like we missed to attach the cheque that's why it got cancelled, no need to worry it will get deposited in next day. After that we visited the branch for next 4 days. But on 5 th day manager returns the check & he mentioned that sbi has some internet issue, so they are not accepting this cheque and he returned our cheque. Is that really a reason??

                I have paid 799 rupees for gas agency in online payment.. but not loaded to gas agencies account .. so pls refund my amount to my bank account..

                  में एक postgraduate candidate हु और मेरे पास मेरे स्वयं के नाम से 1.5 एकड और मेरे पिताजी के नाम से 1.0 एकड कृषि भूमि ग्राम डाल्याखेडी में है में आचार्य विध्या सागर गों संवर्धन योजना के अंतर्गत गों पालन हेतु 600000 /-( 6 lakh) का लोन लेना चाहता हु मेरे पास गायों को बाधने एवं रखने के लिए स्वयं का बाड़ा भी बना है उपरोक्त स्कीम में Govt. के द्वारा 25% अनुदान भी दिया जाता है
                  इस हेतु में जब Bank of India की Bediya शाखा में लोन के लिए पूछने गया तो मेनेजर के द्वारा मुझे साफ मना कर दिया गया की हमारी बैंक इस प्रकार का कोई लोन नहीं देती है और आपको अवगत करा दू की यह Bank of India की मेरे ग्राम से सबसे नजदीकी शाखा है और में एक पढा लिखा किसान हु फिर भी मुझे लोन देने से मना कर दिया बिना कुछ पूछे .
                  अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है की मेरी समश्या का जल्द से जल्द निराकरण करने का प्रयास करे

                      I have an user id by registrating in retail boi app. When i'm entering the registered id in startoken app it's not getting the i'd then how i can login into the app and how i can transfer the money i can't understand what's going on there if my user id is not enrolled please give my enrolled user id to me so please give any instructions to go or i doesn't know what to do with that.

But in the year 2016 your branch manager sold the same without following the procedure and without informing me and without closing my jl accounts. Thus he has committed the offence of cheating. Hence i have lodged a criminal complaint against your erring officials of madurai mattuthavani branch. If my jewels will not return i will take severe action against you. Even though i am a practicing lawer i have been cheated by your bank.

                          Requested sir/mam
                          This is to inform you that, i vandeo patil a resident of nagpur, maharashtra have a bank acc.in manewada branch. The staff there is very lineant and carefree. I, upon approaching the manager for his signature on important documentation was denied the same. He asked me to wait or come later. My firm was affected by this irresponsible action. Later approaching the manager for his signature resulted in him missing from his designated seat. Please see to this or i'll have to shut my acc.

                            I transacted my electricity bill payment from esampark on 07.12.2017 amounting to rs. 3117/- from my debit card. Tried for payment twice through pos machine and each time shows as transaction failed (On pos machine). But amount was deducted twice from my bank account no. [protected].

                                मै बँक मनेजर मी .अभिषेक रंजन से कम्प्लेंट बुक मागी तो उनोने मुझे हमारे पास नाही है कहाकर मुझे भागा दिया. मेरी बँक मै मुझे दि गये जवाबसे मै संतुष्ट नाही हु. मेरी बँक मै पासबुक प्रिंटींग मशीन नाही है, स्टाफ कम है, ATM हमेशा बंद राहता है, ATM से प्रिंट कभीभी नाही आती. ग्राहक से बोलाने कि तमीज किसी स्टाफ मै नाही है|

                                    The fixed matured on 5th december 17. Since i have no savings a/c with bank, i would received by banker's cheque. Surprisingly i was compelled pay rs595.90 towards issuing bankers cheque. Even leading bank sbi does not charge for issueing bankers cheque. No receipt was issued to me for the amount recovered from maturity proceeds. I feel it is not justifiable for the bank to charge for issuing cheque for maturity procceds and request for refund.
