By issue of a verbal order to an employee to work on a public holiday declared under n i act by the election commission on the day of municipal election at mumbai, three officers in collusion took a vindictive action by instititing disciplinary action and punishment to a woman officer.

What is the remedy? Will the election commission interfere in to the matter and give justice to the aggrieved, if complained?

Is the illogical and illegal action of punishing a lower grade officer an act ultra vires? Does it involve immoral usage of authority and abuse of holding the public office?
My purse will lost and somone have debited money from my atm ... how its possible. When i go to closed my atm on that time somone withdraw my balance .. so how can i found that person who stolen my atm

What does it mean?
I am applied ATM card on 16.11.16. Bt Bank of India (Branch Dasnagar)'s stuff no response in my requests. There after very month travelled that situation bt no solution. Still now don't give me my ATM card... Please! I hope you are help me...

      Sir, I shriram kumar gupta add-bikramganj dist -rohtas went to BOI bikramganj branch for making DD.But there the pesonnel wandering me here and there and after one hour said that there is no one to present to make DD.then i asked that allot someome for DD work them they takled me rudely...so i hurt too much because there are many peoples.they told to me you have to come on tuesday.. i request you to solve my problem and make my DD ON MONDAY.

        I am staying at manjalpur Vadodara and have ac with Boi at manjalpur himja nivas complex.on 09/03/2017 my son went to Indian overseas bank ATM at manjalpur suncity chokdi and wanted to withdraw ruppes 6000/= .ATM did everything but the money never came out of the machine.my son was there for almost half an hour and he did do a balance check mini statement .still the payment did not come out of the machine and the ac was debited ruppes 6000/=
        We have written all complaints to branch lewel till head off at elora park but no one is really helping to sort out this issue and we get refund credit to my ac till today 06/07/2017.
        We are fed up with all this hassle and manjalpur branch manager is so rude and arrogant that he just says you follow up Indian overseas bank .only one man mr Vidhu keeps us telling it will take time but they are doing the follow ups.
        Our patients of getting the refund is uncounted as its already 3 months and every time we call to ask the issue progress .

          My mother and father has just opened an account in Bank of India and we want internet banking to get activated for this we need to submit some information like account number, registered phone number etc, but in this they had registered wrong mobile number. We went to bank branch and asked them to correct number, they have done this but still we are unable to create an account. I searched customer care number 24x7 which is[protected] or[protected]all days) 24x7, but in this number NO body answers our call, i have been trying these numbers for 2-3 days. Feeling helpless.
          Worst customer care response.

            This is to put your kind attention that My self Bhagirath Prasad Yadav having a saving bank account with Bank of India Riga Branch. I have changed my mobile number to [protected] for the purpose of doing hassle free transaction with the bank but they have not change my mob. number in the bank database, and so consequently i have to face a lot of problem.

            This is further for your kind information that i am getting the message if deposit and withdrawal but in my Cheque book, and while registering for net banking my old number is only showing which i dont have access right now.

              I have did transaction through debit card in of the retail stores at mumbai. Money has been debited from my account but transaction was not successful. I paid money by cash then. The customer care of retail store told me money will credited within 48 hours, but still not received.
              Need to review on this transaction, suggest the proceedure.

                    ifsc- BKID0004681 the above mentioned account is a joint account.it has an amount of 1, 07000Rs. intially and i had given an application to transfer the amount to my other account [protected] by providing the bank passbook and details, But the branch manager had informed the other holder of the joint account and transferred the amount to his respective account in favour of his even though he doesnt have the passbook.When the manager was asked about this he was giving lame reasons like the above account which was requested for transfer has been suspended but the account [protected] was still active. branch manager is totally fraudster and not him any manner to speak.

                      I did online shopping by debit card because of some matter i returned my order so amzazone had refunded my money on 21/6/2016 but still its not credited to my account
                      Had also tryed to call customer care toll free no as boi assure its 24/7 but the single call is not connecting
                      How to get our money back as amazone what is the problem with bank of india that they are not refunding our money

                          I had booked a ticket but as it got cancelled from the railway department as it could not get confirmed on the day of journey, then i receive message from irctc that the amount has been refunded to my account in bank of india pune branch but after repeatedly checking with the bank the amount has not been credited to my account. It is more then one month now kindly do the need full waiting for early reply

                            I have withdrawn cash of 10, 000 in​ ​​SBI ATM from Mahender Garh in haryana, ​I using the my credit card on 14 April 17 & transaction approval no.646698.. i inserted it for 10, 000 where I did not get the cash but the amount was been debited from my account, the machine is shuttle down while between in transaction.Please solve the issue and credit the amount of 10, 000 to my account

                                  As per R.B.I.guidelines it is the duty of the bank to give products detail to customers.I have sent several communications but grievances not resolved even after more than one year....

                                  I made a transaction with paytm (Rs.1000) through Bank of India debit card but transaction not complete and money deducted from bank account on the date 11th June 2017 and money still not reflected to bank account. So please help to solve the problem.

                                    I have opened my account in bank of india nasik road branch almost one year back. At the time of opening i have applied for all services like internet banking and name printed atm but none of the service provided me yet and i have also applied for internet banking for three times after bank opening date but still they have not provided me anything. I called them many time but madam who received phone and do all that work never took seriously. Whenever i have visited branch she were busy in personal phone so my request to kindly take this matter serious and send such employees permanently to home.

                                      I would like to mention here that i have opened a saving account in bank of india in ludhiana dhandari branch on 31/5/2017. Today is 21/6/2017 and still waiting for my atm card its not possible for anyone to go at bank for transactions. I asked bank employees regarding the atm car receiving process but no one was able to answer. That when i will get my atm card and how? Is there any further process or any formality which need to complete. Bank manager said nahi aa jayega 10-12 din mein.. After 10-12 days still saying hje wait kro 10 k din aa jayega. What the hell. We are not fool. What a poor service thats the reason k sarkaari bank ko log bura bolte hain. I request for look in to the matter and reslove my query at earliest.
