Bank of india employees are not ready to open a saving account without adhar card, even if i have submitted my downloaded adhar prin out, pan card, a letter from village accountant and voter id.
Asking me to show original adhar card, but its not yet delivered by uidai office.

    For booking of railway ticket online booking i used my debit card (Bank of india) for payment to the irctc, but due to technical problem the transaction failed and booking of ticket was not made. As no booking or payment has been made to the irctc then the amount should be refunded to my account. The matter was also referred to the irctc and it is learned from the refund status that amount sent to bank (Bank of india) but no such amount yet been credited to the account. Total amount is rs 2160.00

    Myself satin having an account in boi, I submitted the complaint regarding no sms coming of transactions if any done . Then why you are charging message charges and who will be responsible for the fraud transaction if done. Please revert back my sms charge .

        I am requested in br.in may 2017 for reset star token so they done after sum day payment time of internen banking option without use of star token avilable than their are two payments done by tsis manner. Unfortunetly after getting of star token password and activation from br. The pet name could not write so star token could not open and reson toomany failled attempt raised so i have again went to br. And on[protected] reset star token by br. But till today on internet banking the option of without use of star token not mentionet on top please do this

          I have been trying to create username for net banking service of my wife account. Unfortunately, every time after giving correct details, it says please try after some time.
          I have tried to call customer care number [protected] many times. It gets disconnected every time after reaching to phone banking officer.
          I am helpless. Worst bank ever i had. Thinking of closing account.

            The bank has issued the tds certificates in the name of deductee shri p. W. Laturkar id[protected], on the ordinary paper, which do not bear the govt authentic colored water marks. The name of the officer issuing the certificate shri prakash vasudeo moghe (As on today, it is told that he has retired from service) is printed, on the certificate for verification of the content, but he has not signed the same. The branch official mrs kulkarni manager has inadvertently issued the same. The chartered accountant has not accepted the same. It was tried to contact shri sonvane sr. Manager but he did not receive my phone. At last shri amarendra sing dy chief manager was contacted, he has accepted the mistake and assured to do the needful. Please do the needful immediately.

              When i asked the guard he said wait and someone came and said will start in 2min but i waited 1hrs it didn't started.
              Then i said to manger of dombivli west branch his reply was"meh kya karu machine h" "tu kabi b ahega tho chalu rhena cha he h compulsory h kya"
              I want to deposit money but now i want to close the account

                I sabyasachi sanyal and madhusree moulick writing this application to bring in your knowledge that we are being cheated with the services of bank of india. On 9th june, 11:00 p. M. I got sms of money deduction from my account on the mobile number registered with it. We haven't done any atm withdraw or any online transaction from our bank account. We have a joint savings account in the bank of india berhampore branch, xxxxxxxxxxx5658. We went to bank with our issue and they have not shown a positive attitude towards the complaint or tried to make it right. We have filed a fir in the nearest police station, a copy of it is attached with the following mail.

                  I am using bank of india net banking since 4 years. But now a days facing very much problem about star token / updated start token - ng. My pc star token is disabled completely and give the message: "user/device status check failed - too many failed additional authentication attempts".

                  My old star token was good. But it upgraded startoken-ng and since then it is not recognizing my user id. My old star token is not existing in my pc. Even i uninstall it so that i could use new one. But the same id is accepting boi retail directly but not accessing without star token.

                  Please allow me net banking without the star token or reset my star token or whatever you arrange for better.

                  I am very keen that i could use net banking again without the star token. Many of my friends are suffering from the star token-ng too.

                      Myself chandrasekhar, i am account holder on bank of india in dharamavaram branch and my mother also having account on same branch. On june 13th 2017 i went to bank with my mother for applying new atm card to my mother because of she was not used atm card from one year. Bank staff name is mr. Arjun he has not taken complaint. He asking question is your mother has know how to use atm card? In past she used are not? I said not because she was not educated. So myself and my father was using it. He was not taking complaint, again he tell stupid reason is without my mother permission i am using her atm card i am look like "thief". He telling like that his behavior to worst and too bad... He didn't give minimum respect to customer... Please take some action on him.

                        I have bought a online product that is cctv camera from amazon of rs. 1, 199, since the product was defective so i have returned that item to amazon and they had successfully processed money to bank of india but bank of india is not giving me my money.
                        But still i have not received that money in my bank account when product got already refunded and proceeded by amazon to bank of india

                        I have debited on[protected] for the product.

                        I have consulted with the higher authority of bank of india then also they are not ready to give me my money. I am helpless!

                        Amazon has already sent that money to bank of india but bank of india is still not processing to transisct that received money to my bank account. It's a kind manipulation

                          I md sulthan my saving bank ac no-[protected] dilsukhnagar branch iam operate my atm card on dt. 31march 2017 withdrawal 18000/-atm id-ahy8033 but iam not receved any cash. I complaint in home branch many times. But they could not rectify the above issue and they also getting cctv puteage and they told me you just complaint on boi complaint desk.                             I have a ppf account with the bank of india surat varaccha branch.
                            I tried to deposit cash in my ppf account in the bank, they said they will not accept cash, in response to which i took a cheque, but they refuse to accept cheque from a different bank.
                            Hence i decided to transfer my ppf account to a different bank.
                            On approaching the bank on the procedure, no guidelines was given to me,
                            They mentioned that they do not have a form and form will be needed from baroda branch and would take 2-3 days, after which, when i went, they was no form available yet, they kept on calling at a different time. I kept going to the bank with the expectation to get the form, but it was disappointing as they kept prolonging the date and the time.

                            I would request you to take immediate action, this has caused a lot of inconvenience to me, resulted in a waste of time, and yet no response.
                            I would have never expected the bank staff to be so irresponsible. The manager also was of no help.
                            I belong to a working class background, working in mumbai, i have to take a leave from my job which i cannot keep on taking very often for this matter.

                              On 7th June 2017, 3 consecutive transactions occurred in my Bank of India account amounting to Rs.24998. The ATM card services were not activated and even the PIN envelope is seal packed to date.
                              I also don't have Internet banking.
                              The transactions were completely unauthorized and amount was debited using mPESA and IDEAMONEY.
                              Kindly look into this fraud case.

                                Mere debit card se jab bhi swap karta hun petrol bharte hai to mera exta paisa kataa hai. Agar mai 210rs. Ka swap kiya to 221.24rs. Kata hai. Esha her bar horha hai. Bank me koi respone ni complaint kiya to bank wale iske bare me koi information ni de rahe hai esha kyo ho rha hai or petrol shop me jao to wo bhi ni information de pate unke account me exact 210rs. Hi jata hai. Plz mujhe solution do esha kyo horha hai. Mai bhot pareshan hun is wajah se extra rupees kyo kat raha hai mere account se.

                                    I am an account holder of bank of india, ctm char rasta branch, ahmedabad. My branch is not ready to give me my own subsidised amount of bajpayee bankable yojna. And manager not even telling me the reason of it. Even manager said that you all takes loans for subsidy. Staff behaving so rudely to customers. My branch made a policy when i took msme loan and till today i dont have any papers of my policy. Please reply as soon as possible.

                                      I am writing this email after getting seriously frustrated with the service level of your esteemed banks` mi, road (Jaipur) branch. I have been following up and getting laid back since last 2 years now in accordance to the theft that happened in my account via a bank of india atm. Noticeable that i have a saving account in your bank in the name of sagar jalani ([protected]) which is a saving account.

                                      The following theft was taken place on the aside mentioned dates and after consistent follow ups with the bank and the senior officers the result were in vain.

                                      Further i did not even get a message for the payment deducted via the routine mobile banking. And the same should be understood to be fault of bank as the customer was not even informed. I got the pass book entry done on 28.8.2015 (As per my normal routine) and the team at the boi office took the things casually. Pfa the report that the police officer gave me.

                                      For the whole time that has passed the staff of the bank branch is to be blamed as they simply kept on saying me that the request for the reversal is being processed. And gave me a verbal assurance of the same. Pfa the bank managers acceptance letter of the complaint lodged by me.
                                      Also i had requested the bank to provide me the details as to how and where did the money move out from m account and asked for the trail of the atm pin logging and place from which the amount was taken out. All these follow ups for past 2 years resulted in vain.
                                      The laziness of the staff has costed me approximately 42000 rupees and this is the saving which is hard earned penny. I need a redressal of the same before as taking this to appellate authorities will waste another couple of years.
                                      Nobody at the branch is merely concerned for the customer grievance and they more of make sure that the customer is sent how for now just by giving old accustomed excuses.
                                      Sincerely request you to please look in to the matter as this is too high time to close this and compensate for the same as committed by the mi road team and get the money credited in my account.
                                      Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am alekhya I had added 15000 to my paytm wallet yesterday transaction has been failed no money is added to my paytm wallet but amount has been debited from my bank account [protected].I called to paytm they replied that they dint receive any amount from my bank account and it's problem from from bank .please refund my amount immediately
