I applied for SBI Airindia signature card on March 14th 2015. As on that date Bank bazar was offering 2000 cash card upon receipt of the card.
Now in April, 2015 i got the card and employees of bank bazar is now refusing that, they can not give cash card because they submitted to bank on 17th.
I haven't done any fault but the fault is with bankbazaar.
Bankbazaar has to give cash card and activate the same.

You can expect to the receive your Cash Card by April 20th, 2015. Once you receive your Cash Card, you will receive a verification call from us. Post which, your card will be loaded for Rs. 2000.
