    I don’t why these guys are calling me again and again, Atleast 100 calls last 3-4 days, I’m distressed and agitated . Inspite of requesting them and sending mail to block still continuing the nuisance, invading privacy and torture to the maximum . Please stop these guys, they are a threat and no ethics or morals.

      More than 100 calls and messages to my phone and intruding my privacy and not able to carry my routine things because of their constant torture . Already mailed them many times and still not stop ing the irrriation.

          I have applied for rbl credit card few months ago and it got rejected. So, left that and taken other cards. From few days ago a person calling about rbl card to accept the details. I said already it got rejected he said it just for address confirmation and bank executive will call you then u can accept or reject ur card. No one rbl bank called me and directly received message that my card rejected. That person forced me to accept the details. Because of him again my card rejected which will impact my cibil score. That person called from this number [protected]

            Multiple loan application processed wrongly

            Please help me out as Bank Bazaar has screwed up my cibil score by opening two loan applications for the same loan they offered through IDFC. They promised instant disbursal but have been waiting since 2nd for the first application and since 10th for the second applicatn. I've been receiving blank calls since then. Abruptly disconnecting the calls of mine when asked the reason for them calling me when i have provided all the documents....

              When I received call from agents they told me within 48hr I will receive amount after approval.

              I email and called multiple times but this stupid bankBazaar always saying
              application is in underprocess.
              No use very pathetic process zero CUSTOMER satisfaction.
              Now want all communication on email. Not on call.

                On 1st of December 2021 I had a call from Bank bazaar staff telling you have a “life time free per-approved indusland platinum credit card”. As I have two other credit cards and I don’t want to include an enquiry in my credit report, I wasn’t interested in same. But as the agent insisted its a life time free and pre-approved card, i agreed for the application. Ekyc and all completed on same day itself. Even after applying for the same, I had about 5 calls from bank bazaar asking to apply for the same card again and again.

                And today on 7th December 2021, I received a message that the application was rejected. If it’s not a pre-approved card bank bazaar is doing complete fraud manipulating customer telling card is pre-approved, and also called me 5 times with this fraud strategy.

                I want a clarification on this from your side. How come a pre-approved application got rejected ? And also the reason for same if any.

                  Bankbazaar called me about a month ago and bugged me multiple times about getting a pre approved credit card. In the end, they said I'll get a credit limit of 2.5lakh to 3 lakh on the card. I applied and went through all the verifications.
                  And now after a month when I got the credit card, it had 30000 limit! They're doing daylight fraud! I already had a credit card with 2 lakh limit. If they were honest instead of lying, i would've never taken this card!
                  And now when you contact their customer support, they say they can't do anything.
                  They're openly lying to consumers to distribute low limit credit cards by promising high limits!
                  Such a fraud company. Never interacting with them again.

                        I have been submitted my loan application with all the documents many times... Which is getting rejected for some reasons...in the initial stage of documentation they also give us assurity that the loan will definately wlbe approved and disbured. After receiving all the documents they is no update on the loan status for 15 to 20 days. Later if we call them they states that the loan is rejected.

                        This time i got a call stating for pre approved loan from idfc bank, this time also i submitted all the documents.. Later i recvd call informing that the passport size photo is blur so it can't be processed, so a advisor stated me to click a selfie with a plain background and upload it, so again i did the same thing on 2nd march. Later on 3rd again i recvd call stating that all the documents have been received and will have a visit from the banker on 6th march between 5 pm to 6pm. Which i also agreed.

                        Today again on 4th march i recvd call stating that the documents is incomplete... I m hospitalized still i m submitting all the required documents because m in need of the loan.. This bankbazzar is litteraly creating application and rejecting it which is also affecting my cibil.
                        Need justification on the same and the useless n worthless services being provided by bankbazzar

                            I have applied for indusind bank platinum credit card through bank bazaar and i have been alloted aura edge credit card.

                            Bank bazaar is saying they have fwded the form of platinum credit card only.

                            But when i ask in written confirmation they are not giving me saying when u have applied the card u must have got mail

                            And when i ask them for mail again, they are not providing me the same.

                            They always ask me mail from indusind bank, only then they can follow up with bank.

                            I wasted my time n energy doing that and got the mail from indusind bank and fwded to them still they are saying u have opted for aura edge card when u signed documents

                            I told them why i will choose inferior card

                            There was no answer for the same.

                            I feel its pure scam by bank bazaar and indusind bank. First they will allot platinum card and when they will deliver will be aura edge credit card

                              I opened account with bankbazaar several years back and i continued to get sms and emails from the said company. Despite sending emails and contacting them on phone, they are not deleting my account. I am getting to many sm's and emails from them and their is no option ot stop it despite several attempts.
                              Also, their is no option on the site to remove your account. Kindly delete my account permanently. My maul id is in. [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Hi team,

                                  I am receiving so many calls from bankbazar.com, but nobody bothers to answer me. The moment i answer the call, the agents keep on disconnecting calls. Can anyone explain what is happening in bankbazar.com?

                                  I received a call today from bankbazar.com and after i answer that call, 2 of your agents “kishore & muhammad” did few of things:
                                  As per the compliance, he-

                                  1. Did not know the purpose of calling, and did third-party disclosure [without even name/phone verification]
                                  2. Did not authenticate the call properly (I. E. Name, or any legal authentication to hold rpc on the phone)
                                  3. Did not apologize wherever he went wrong
                                  4. Lots of interruptions
                                  5. Hurry to finish the call, by giving inappropriate answers

                                  After all this, i asked for the supervisor. On which he thrice said – in bankbazar.com we don’t have this facility to transfer calls. And he blindly transferred my call (While i was talking to him) to “muhammad” [a floor coach & a man with worst listening skills]. No product knowledge or nothing. And when i asked muhammad why has that happened? He didn’t even focus on the question i asked instead, he replied – let me remove the number from the dialer as if he was rushing to finish the call. He said - we are working on the dialer. This is the only solution i can give you, he said. When i asked him for his supervisor, he didn’t even inform me & while he was talking. He transfers blindly.

                                  This is really annoying if a question asked is not been answered even after i repeated my single question multiple times. Then i got sandeep s [asst manager] on the phone. After listening to my questions 10 times, he started explaining me the dialer procedures. Being a customer, i did not even want to know the internal process & procedures, which of course he was forcing me to listen. Being an assistant manager, no one will explain or discuss his/her internal business policies related information. After talking to sandeep s even after 25 minutes also, i found no good direction of the conversation.

                                  Finally, i did not get the answer to what i asked. And i found bankbazar.com representatives [kishore] & floor supervisors [muhammad & sandeep s] as they have lack of basic knowledge & phone etiquettes also. So i request to the compliance team of bankbazar.com to look into it & please take appropriate action of what so ever have discussed. I shall be grateful for this hard work.

                                      I applied one credit card application with application id #[protected] for which there was one promotion code offer after successful approval of application from bank side. Which has to be availed within 30 days.

                                      But i haven't got the voucher yet, its been more than 60 days. This is so irritating. Everyone has certain planning for this how they can delay so much

                                      Kindly take action for this
                                      Sir as per the BB offer I have applied Kotak Mahindra credit card on March 9th 2019 in which I suppose to get 2000rs amazon voucher on the approval I have received the credit cared on April 2nd but amazon voucher still not come kindly look in to the details

                                              They asked me to pay 10000 for login process to sanction loan for 6 lakhs and i have been waited for one months and they didnt provide the status properly and now they said we not able to process loan for you and your money will be refunded, i called many times and no one responding and in chennai branch also not

                                                  Hi, my name abilash i recently join this company .. had worst experience with this worst company, 10hrs working, while recruite 2 week off's, when we hit on flloor 1 week off is available.even they give week off on govt holidays, especially loans dept senior team lead and managers, i do not wish therir names in here, they knw. they not treating like employees, showing attitute, un professional language, ***k only seniors but they r also employee .we also knew showing attitute and using rough language...but they terminated the employe who against him. only reason im here my for carrier and commitments but the b***tards using that ...

                                                    I had renewed my bike insurance from your website, and payment was also successfully done and got your confirmation about transaction. It is very irritating about your side, not issued my insurance policy and also no return of my deductible amount. Complaining so many times through customer care no. and emails, each time a false promise given to me.

                                                    If the matter is not resolve within two days from today (22_01_2019), I will go to consumer court with all the mail's I had written to you...

                                                      Sir,

                                                      This is to inform you that i had sent mail (Also communicated verbally) to bankbazaar to close the loan application on dec 7, 2018, 3:27 pm and i got revert in dec 10, 2018, 3:09 pm confirming that a request has been taken to close the loan application (https://bankbazaar.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/953725) but it is very regrettable that this application is not been closed till today.

                                                      Please find the attachment for more details and send me a confirmation mail on the same.

                                                      Otherwise i will have to take legal steps against bankbazaar.com.

                                                        Hi Team,

                                                        I have loan through Bankbazaar in HDFC bank on 31-OCT-2018 last status which I have received on 04-NOV-2018 from that I did not get proper information about my loan request whenever I called to bank people telling the same answer "You will receive the call from bank by EOD or with 24 hours or 48 hours" but I did not get proper assistance from Bankbazaar team.

                                                        I was ready to give required documents which ever they needed but I did not get result from Bankbazaar and giving Ads to public loan will be approved within 30 Mins or 1 day or 2 days by seeing this false Ads I have been cheated and I loose my business opportunity.

                                                        Kindly take action against them.
