Bankbazaar — no answers from bankbazar.com

Hi team,

I am receiving so many calls from bankbazar.com, but nobody bothers to answer me. The moment i answer the call, the agents keep on disconnecting calls. Can anyone explain what is happening in bankbazar.com?

I received a call today from bankbazar.com and after i answer that call, 2 of your agents “kishore & muhammad” did few of things:
As per the compliance, he-

1. Did not know the purpose of calling, and did third-party disclosure [without even name/phone verification]
2. Did not authenticate the call properly (I. E. Name, or any legal authentication to hold rpc on the phone)
3. Did not apologize wherever he went wrong
4. Lots of interruptions
5. Hurry to finish the call, by giving inappropriate answers

After all this, i asked for the supervisor. On which he thrice said – in bankbazar.com we don’t have this facility to transfer calls. And he blindly transferred my call (While i was talking to him) to “muhammad” [a floor coach & a man with worst listening skills]. No product knowledge or nothing. And when i asked muhammad why has that happened? He didn’t even focus on the question i asked instead, he replied – let me remove the number from the dialer as if he was rushing to finish the call. He said - we are working on the dialer. This is the only solution i can give you, he said. When i asked him for his supervisor, he didn’t even inform me & while he was talking. He transfers blindly.

This is really annoying if a question asked is not been answered even after i repeated my single question multiple times. Then i got sandeep s [asst manager] on the phone. After listening to my questions 10 times, he started explaining me the dialer procedures. Being a customer, i did not even want to know the internal process & procedures, which of course he was forcing me to listen. Being an assistant manager, no one will explain or discuss his/her internal business policies related information. After talking to sandeep s even after 25 minutes also, i found no good direction of the conversation.

Finally, i did not get the answer to what i asked. And i found bankbazar.com representatives [kishore] & floor supervisors [muhammad & sandeep s] as they have lack of basic knowledge & phone etiquettes also. So i request to the compliance team of bankbazar.com to look into it & please take appropriate action of what so ever have discussed. I shall be grateful for this hard work.
