Bankbazaar — pathetic, world's 3rd class customer support service, don't ever opt for any service from bankbazar.com

As I mentioned in subject Line it's world's 3rd class customer, i even reached to a level where I contacted Mr. Adhil Shetty, CEO Of bankbazar but there is no luck with improvement in customer service.

I found their sales team is good where keep on calling to sale the policy then support team is worst than ever.
