Euronet Worldwide — mobile [protected] not recharged

On[protected] I recharged my mobile [protected] for rupees 300/- amount was debited from my ing vysya bank account[protected], but mobile is not recharged nor amount remitted back so far,please see either debitted amount is credited to my account or my bobile is recharged for the amount paid.thank you. .
