I Tarun Kirti Vaishya with Client ID - MH011457 with Bansal Finstock Pvt. Ltd / Bansal Financial Services Ltd., at their Kandivili (W), Mumbai Branch, would like to make a Formal complain against the company and their Relationship Manager (RM) Mr. Kalpesh Parbate, Senior Mr. Bhavik Dodia, Region Head Mr. Deelesh Mishra have cheated me out of my hard earned savings to the tune of Rs.770000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Seventy Thousand only) in Futures Trading. They gave me a dedicated Relationship Manager (Mr.Kalpesh Parbate) who kept doing futures transactions on my behalf without informing me of huge losses being incurred in my account (I have all the WhatsApp messages were I am asking him of the profit/loss status and he is lying to me with statements "Don't worry Sir" "all ok sir" and in 45 days after repeated followup I see a balance of only 1400/- off over all 770000/- which were in my account.
The entire company are professional frauds and cheats who I latter realised have cheated Thousands of innocent investors of their hard earned money, taking advantage of loopholes of making their farud look legitimate by saying we have "call recordings" "statements of ledger" etc. but in actual cheating people by hiding facts, making people loose their money and earn HUGE COMMISION in form of BROKERAGE CHARGES with all the Future Transactions which are also suggested by their people only, CHEATING UNKNOWN INNOCENT CUSTOMERS WHO ARE NOT AWARE OF FUTURES
TRADING.
