I have an account with bansal finstock. My rm is dinkar pal on whose advise i traded with them. However, all his advise proved to be wrong and i have lost all my stocks that i transferred from other account. I raised this with their grievance team however they were not serious to help me. The reason that was given was, on their recording line, my voice is recorded, however, the conversation between me and rm happened on mobile, i offer them to give my mobile call details to check the difference between his call and recording line call. However they are not keen.
