I have been working with bare for more than 5 years now. I have performed a huge number of five guys audits in UAE.
Recently, I completed visit for La Mer dubai (five guys). i was informed by watsapp on staff that I have been identified as a mystery shopper and BANNED from future five guys visits.
This is HIGHLY insulting. I dropped this staff member two messages that if I am being banned from five guys clients after so many years, then it should be one specific location, not the client as a whole. being identified as a mystery shopper does not mean that I am a felon or a most wanted criminal who is being advertised on five guys websites across UAE!
Whats infuriating is that this staff member did not even bother opening my watsapp msg and replying to me. is this the way to treat your mystery shoppers? is this any level of professionalism or DECENCY?
your company, bare international, is doing quality assurance audits to check customer services, yet your own staff members and policies are highly questionable!
I want an action taken against Rushita Patel for being unprofessional and I need an explanation of why there is a blanket policy. Was this information helpful? |
