[Resolved]  Bare International — Mystery shopping scam

I am registered mystery shopper with bare international from 2011. Have done 3-4 audits for them. The first audit I did for them was for Levis store for which I visited the store, audit as per the instructions given, filled in the report on time & submitted the same. They team said they have excluded my report & that they would not be paying me for the same. Annoyingly, I had told them that I would register a complaint against them through online forums. They immediately apologized & transferred the shopper fee after several reminders sent to them.

Recently I did an audit for them for Shopper's Stop which was a purchase audit for a mere Rs 400. I still performed the audit on the due date, purchased the item worth rs 225 as per the mandate & filled in a detailed report & submitted online on time along with the purchase receipt.
On anonymous reasons, they had excluded my report by saying that the details filled in are inadequate. I updated the report as was instructed & tried updating them with every detail possible. Just for your quick information, I am an ardent mystery shopper from last 2 years with all the leading mystery shopping companies of India & have performed more than 100 audits in last 2 years & not that this was the first timer experience. So, I quite a lot know about the requirements, the required language & the scenario. Still, they excluded my report once they got the details of my visit, report 7 the purchase receipt from my side & refused to make any payment thereof.

I feel totally cheated & disrespected by their team member's rash behavior & usage of wrong language. I seek justice on the same & wish the other members not being cheated the way I am.
