I order a payment from baroda rajasthan kshetriya gramin bank of electricity bill from amazon but the bill is not paid and payment is debited from my account then amazon refund it quickly but the bank not refund it. So i request you to please check what is the issue regarding this matter. The last date of refund is for the electricity bill is[protected] and the amt. Is 613. I call the bank customer care but they are saying that go to the bank but amazon say that in this case it is not important to go to the branch of bank. So solve my problem as early as possible.
