Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank — paytm refund reference number [protected]

Paytm refunded me rupees 500 payed by atm. On 08.12.2018. But it not deposited in my account number [protected] yet. By paytm order number [protected] l paid the amount for paytm wallet from brkgb atm. But i haven't kyc so paytm returned the amount. But the amount is not available in my brgb bank account details. Please help me in refund the amount. Thanks
