Basanti Ke Kapde — Horrible and extremely incompetent customer service!!!

Ordered the simplest outfit from their catalog which was available for express shipping (etc 7-10 days) and the same was confirmed by their super pathetic representative on WhatsApp as well!! After multiple follow ups on the status of the order. I was finally told that the product on their shelf that was ready to be shipped, ended up failing quality check so a new piece needed to be made….mind you by now we are already 4 weeks late with the order.

After further multiple follow ups from my end they finally sent an outfit which had the size tags CUT OFF from both the top and the bottom and the size of the outfit was 3 sizes smaller than what I had ordered. I am alarmed at their cheek to try and fool the customer that they sent the right product by literally removing the size tags so that the customer ends up thinking that maybe they had ordered the wrong size in the first place. All this after their “quality checks” and balances were done - they still couldn’t get the outfit right. Makes you wonder what their definition of “quality” is - sickening!!!

After going around in circles for weeks again to give them every opportunity to make this right, and have them send me the correct item that I ordered….the response they have given on loop is that I need to pay to return the wrong item and once they receive it then they will ship the correct item!!! This is a disgusting experience to hear that they expect the customer to pay for these idiots to fix their own mistake.

I even sent them pics to point out the fact that the outfit they sent is NOT what I ordered and they have done absolutely nothing to make this right!!

The LEAST they can do is give me a refund or send me the correct outfit with a return to sender paid postage bag in which I will be more than happy to send back the wrong item which I did not order!!!

They need to pull their finger out and do the right thing by their customers!!

I agree. I am too a victim. Pathetic customer service. I had ordered a dress and a completely different dress was delivered to me. Their team apologized and assured to deliver the correct dress within 5 days. The dress was delivered after almost 15 days, in spite of me asking them to cancel the order.  I have been following up with them for the refund. No response to my emails. My Whatsapp messages are always passed on to different team members, no one taking responsibility or action. My entire experience with them for more than a month now has been a nightmare. Still awaiting to hear on my refund. Very unprofessional, immature and careless behavior.
I’ve had the same experience! I ordered an outfit via WhatsApp. I was told the wrong price (so I ended over paying), the outfit they sent was nothing like the picture and the size was also incorrect.

As it was sent internationally, after much argument, they promised to refund me the cost of alterations but now no one from the company is responding to my messages or emails. I never got refunded for being overcharged or the costs of alterations. Honestly it’s been the worst experience dealing with them.
