Worst online shopping experience! They sell such an expensive products but apprently they dont know how to do online business! I ordered a suit from them after talking over whatsapp and they said it will be delivered in 10 days. I ordered the product paid online and no response after that. I was trying to reach out via message and email and live chat on their website. No response! After asking for the update for 10 days they finally replied and said we dont have the product just choose another product and pay extra if that us expensive! They gave me worst option to replace the actual product. I said just refund my money. They didn’t bother to do that! So i said just send me the product at least i will get something for what i paid. And they don’t budge to reply on sending replacement or refund. Its been more then 2 weeks and they just left the conversation. Worst company dont buy their clothes they are here to steal your money!

I have ordered a lehenga for my wedding reception on Aug 7th 2021. I made sure before placing the order that the lehenga will be delivered on time. I followed up with them for the tracking but did not receive any. I did not get the lehenga on time.
After my reception, I received it but it was completely a different lehenga from what I order.
I asked them to return and refund. They were not able to arrange a pickup itself. I myself posted them the lehenga and asked for the refund.
I heard multiple reasons(everything is a lie) from them to delay.
I thought that refund is not going to work and I asked them for a voucher.
Even that was not arranged. For months and months they are just delaying things.
Finally I thought i will just ask them to post to my address. One big mistake again which i shouldn’t have done. I ordered a lehenga and a dress from them for the amount I paid earlier.
They have sent me the lehenga after three months and that too a very wrong size. I continuously asked them to post the right size but no use at all.
And I never received the other dress.
They don’t respond to calls or messages.
I am literally vexed up with them.
If this complaint can help me, it will be great.

Me and my sister ordered from this company as they seemed to have nice clothes. Our nightmare started the day we placed order and our payments went through. They would not help with tracking or give you a timeline. They treat you like they are giving you free clothes. We got our shipment after weeks 5 days ago. The sizing is completely off. We both ordered medium and they have sent absurdly small sizes and then the customer care after multiple tries argues and do not want to help with returns or exchanges. They want you to live with their mistake. One of the outfits sent out was a completely wrong one - instead of dress they sent a sharara which is 2000 Rs. Cheaper and they do not want to pay u the difference. We have collectively spent 50k Rupees and have received the worst service ever and been cheated upon

Pathetic customer service. I had ordered a dress and a completely different dress was delivered to me. Their team apologized and assured to deliver the correct dress within 5 days. The dress was delivered after almost 15 days, in spite of me asking them to cancel the order. I have been following up with them for the refund. No response to my emails. My Whatsapp messages are always passed on to different team members, no one taking responsibility or action. My entire experience with them for more than a month now has been a nightmare. Still awaiting to hear on my refund. Very unprofessional, immature and careless behavior.

Ordered the simplest outfit from their catalog which was available for express shipping (etc 7-10 days) and the same was confirmed by their super pathetic representative on WhatsApp as well!! After multiple follow ups on the status of the order. I was finally told that the product on their shelf that was ready to be shipped, ended up failing quality check so a new piece needed to be made….mind you by now we are already 4 weeks late with...
