I would like to inform you that my latest experience with your "brand" is very unpleasant. I’m one of your loyal customers of Bata. .But I must say quality of your product in Footin degraded drastically. I’m summarizing for you the incident with great regret .I purchased a ladies sandal around four months back from your V3S Mall store e. It’s worth Rs.799.But surprisingly it’s got spoiled after 3-4 uses. I went to your V3S store but Store manager declined to exchange the sandal. Now i request you to give me some ref. no. so that i can exchange my shoes because that is useless after 3 use. Was this information helpful? |
