Www.bbdaily.com (Part of bigbasket) is doing fraud by advertising to provide 14days free milk on adding more than 2000 in wallet & subscribing to milk packet.
But when i added money and tried applying coupan it didnt apply, i tried it 2 times then i subscribed thinking that after subscription there may be some option but there was nothing, so i cancelled my subscription & tried applying again but still nothing worked. I have raised many concerns with their customer support but only once i did got a call back and he (Customer support representative) assured that he will make the coupan code"free14" (Which is for 14 days free milk) work for me and will do necessary changes from backed and will resolve the issue. But its been days now nothing has happened and now they don't pick the call neither reply on concern.
When i asked them to refund they said money can not be refunded back in account.
I got trapped now with bigbasketdaily, my money is sitting ideal in their wallet and they are earning interest on it.
I have choose bigbasketdaily only because of reason they will provide 14 days free milk on subscription.
They are neither applying coupan nor refunding my money after raising many concerns. Theircustomer care team is sleeping long.
They are doing fraud and making money in this way so customer has to use is wallet balance for their products weather he wants or not because he has no other choice left.
Be careful when you get call from bigbasket daily team they are fraud they have blind & deaf customer team which will not listen to your complaints. I have got trapped here better you dont get. Fraud company, fraud people.
