This regarding my order on 24th may, its still not resolved and i have been following up, qty of onion and cabbage is less

On 2nd January 2021, I transferred Rs 3000 from my "PAYTM" Merchant Banker to my BBDaily account with the following details:

Due to certain technical issues (possibly at your end), my transaction got rejected even after repeated attempts. As a response, I immediately followed up with my merchant Banker i.e PAYTM to further enquire about the deducted amount from my respective PAYTM account. I was told by the PAYTM Team that "the transaction has been successful from their end and the respective amount has been processed to Billdesk BBDaily under the order id : VPT[protected]". Please find attached the screenshots related to the response from the PAYTM Team.

I have been constantly reaching out to the BBDaily customer care team for the last 2 weeks, either through emails or phone calls but, to my dismay, my issue has been largely ignored at your end. I have been repeatedly told that "my query is being processed and the concerned amount will get reflected in my BBDaily account within 48 Hours". Amongst all these excuses and irresponsible service quality from BB Daily customer service team, my issue still remains unresolved even after 2 weeks.

Www.bbdaily.com (Part of bigbasket) is doing fraud by advertising to provide 14days free milk on adding more than 2000 in wallet & subscribing to milk packet.
But when i added money and tried applying coupan it didnt apply, i tried it 2 times then i subscribed thinking that after subscription there may be some option but there was nothing, so i cancelled my subscription & tried applying again but still nothing worked. I have raised...
