Bbmp Garbage Collection Complaints — Bbmp garbage van not collecting garbage on time

I am a resident of 4th Main, 9th Cross, NS Palya, BTM 2nd Stage. The garbage van is not coming daily to collect the garbage. At times, it does not come for 4-5 days. Even if it comes in the street, they would wait only for few seconds, and not give us the time to walk down from our buildings. Because of this, people are forced to throw the waste/garbage on the streets which is causing us health problems. Please help.
