Bdi Group — Regarding Refund of Security Money

Hi Sir/Mam

This is regarding my application (application Number 12930, Name : Satpal Singh) for Mukhmantri Jan awaas yojna 2015 in Bhiwadi by BDI group. I applied for the same and deposited Rs 7000 as security amount.

When the lottery result announced, My name was in waiting list and it stills there. After sometime i got letter from BDI group that your name is in waiting list and if you wish to get allotment, you can get it by depositing 10% of the total amount. Nowhere Unit No was mentioned and wording of that letter clearly states that it was only depends upon user's wish to get allotment if he/she wishes. so Based on this we cannot say it as an appointment letter.

Even i called BDI person named paramjeet in gurgaon office. He said that i[censored]nit number is not mentioned then you don't need to do anything. You will get refund after a month.

But now even after 4-5 months, i have not got my refund amount in my account. Even i called in BDI office and called to paramjeet also but not they are not giving my satisfactory response. They are refusing to refund my amount by saying that you have got the allotment. It really degrades the company(BDI) values.

Is that an allotment letter ? Really No. I have all the recordings and saved conversation in my phone which are enough to proof this.

Please help me by refunding my amount and also provide me the contact number of senior authority. I will also raise my issue with them.

Its really a very disappointment for me. If BDI do like this to any customers, then really in a year it will have very bad impact on the company brand and values.
