Be Safe Kit — order not deliverd and response for the emails sent

I have made two orders as per details below, both have not been delivered and also no refund has been initiated even after sending 10 reminders of non-delivery of the order. No response has been received for a single email that has been sent regarding the same.

Kindly do the needful to refund the amount or please send the ordered product at the earliest.
