[Order #5690] (May 20, 2020)
An order for an infrared thermometer with IR sensor cloud support for Rs 1800 was placed on May 20, 2020. I neither received the material nor the refund amount. Several emails were sent to them. But no reply.

I had mad an order of dettol sanitizer 200ml of 2 bottles for RS550 on April 4 2020 but the product is never delivered also I didn't got any refund plz help me with my money...

I place an order on April 2020.Due to receipt of order Even after 3 weeks I requested refund. Till now I have not received my refund.

i had ordered a sanitize from be safe kit on April09 2020 and i had pay 600/-
then they didn't delivered the product and i cancelled it, then i request for refund. But up to now there is no refund happened

Paid Rs 1800 on 20 May 2020 ( Order No. 5690). Failed to honour the order. Requested refund on 28 May 2020. Several reminders sent. Till now the amount is not refunded...

Order No 4640, dated 12 Apr 20. I paid Rs 600 through credit card. Order not delivered so far nor the refund. When you track it states that the order has been picked by rocketshipment(this also seems to be bogus). I had initiated for refund, even that is not being done....

I have ordered lifebouy sanitizer with n95 mask and paid rs 1200.00 on 11/04/2020 with an order no. 4267. The company have provided me a tracking number of rocket shipment to track the consignment. After a long wait the besafekit cancelled my order and told me to opt for refund as your area is not serviceable. I opted for refund on 09/05/2020 through company website. On 12/0/2020 i received a mail that my refund request has been accepted...

I had ordered sanitizer and masks on this website on 4 april but had not got the product till today.
The coutomer care no is also switch off and the whatsapp is not available and no one also reply to the email.
I had all the proof needed to lodge a complaint against it i. E payment completion proof, order tracking proof etc......

Ordered during lockdown essential items but this site besafekit.in came to light as fraud never delivered customer product and never refunded amount our hard earned money.
There website is also not working now. Even the shipment used by the site for tracking rocketshipment.in account is suspended. This site has done this fraud and cheated many people.

I have given so many remainder they have refund or delivered they are from vadodra they not responding too

Except mail they don’t have any detail to content them landline is not in use

I had a ordered a pack of hand sanitizer worth ₹600 from the company back in 12th april, they said due to lockdown it will take some time for the product to be delivered. Order no 4962 dated 13/04/2020 of INR 600 has been cancelled and refund request no 5571 has been approved on 03/05/2020; still the amount has not been refunded in the debit account....

Placed order on besafekit in april' 20 but even after 3 months order is not received. I sent many mails to besafekit support but no reply till now neither refund nor order received.

My 2499 rupees was not returned even after complaining many times. There was an order of april 12, whose order number was 4599 and i am not being given any reply from any company. I have seen the complaint of more people, it appears that this is a fraud company and it has lost the money of many people. Everyone should file a police report against it. I am going to get it done....
