On April 23, 2024, I purchased a "Mastery Course" from Be10X, enticed by their representative, Mr. Avik Saha's promise of lifetime access to ChatGPT 4 with plugins. However, upon receiving the course, I discovered it only integrated with AI Gyaan's GPT, not ChatGPT 4 as assured. Despite multiple attempts to contact Mr. Saha for clarification and resolution, he remained unresponsive. This misrepresentation led to a loss of ₹5, 000 and significant frustration. The discrepancy between the promised and delivered product constitutes fraud, as Be10X misrepresented their offering to induce the purchase. As a result, I've suffered financial harm and emotional distress. I believe this warrants investigation as it signifies a pattern of deceptive practices by Be10X and its representative.

Take necessary actions on founders as they are making false promises and creating FOMO in customer to purchase course.
I want my fees back and strict actions to those involve in scam.

Take actions as early as possible to avoid make it big scam.

I recently purchased the mastery class where they promised me a 5year subscription of MS Office and 2 year subscription of chatGPT 4.0 which I did not get access to despite filling several forms and writing emails. Nobody is picking up my call, while Priti from finance called me every hour when I had to make the second instalment. The level of the content is also very basic and is not meeting the promises. I would like a refund of 14396 paid towards it.

Absolutely unprofessional approach, just having a very generic overview….fooling people

Be10X conducted a 3 hours online workshop on 28.01.2024, which i had attended by paying INR.9.00
In the workshop they had offered a course named AI Mystery for INR. 14396(Including GST). The course was included of Microsoft office 365 original license key for 5 years and chatGPT 4.0 premium for 2 years.
I had paid for the course amount only for the shake of these above two license key at cheaper price. But as soon as a week passed, I had started realizing that I am cheated by their false promise.
Thay gave me office 365 key after a month after multiple time complains through emails and calls, and this key is also not working. And when I asked about the chatGPT 4.0 premium key they said that their own be10x is equivalent to the chatGPT 4.0
i have not gained anything by taking their course which they are selling by false promise to the people, so I am want to get my hard-earned money back from these two scammers.

I attended a workshop today (i.e.[protected] by paying INR 9/- and in the workshop they insisted us in a time bounded manner to purchase the course and i made a purchase in hurry by paying INR 14, 396 /-. After workshop when I looked for the reviews of the course, I was just felt that I am looted by those two cunning so-called IITians.

Please note in the workshop, we were unable to see other people chat in the chat box. These two are scamming and looting hard earned money from people.

Now I want to get my refund (INR 14, 396 /-) back and cancellation of my subscription. As these classes will be started after onw week, so they should not have any problem in un-subscribing me and refunding me.

Else, I will take legal action against them, as there are new laws for these kind of scams.

I attended the workshop FEB 25th 2024 and paid totally RS. 14394 in two installments ( FEB 25th and Mar-1st). they did not provided anything What ever they promised : classes and software licenses yet. (they conducted only one class since last 3 weeks)

Please take some action and helping me to get amount returned from them.

I joined the Be10X initial workshop and after completing the workshop they gave a lot of offers but they have not even fulfilled one promise. They asked us to pay the complete amount immediately to get the offers or pay in two EMIs. I paid 7200Rs as a part payment and later saw all the reviews online and got to know that they are giving false promises and providing only freely available tools. When I asked for refund they are telling no refund policy, no terms and condition were shared while taking the payment and also no sign off was done. They are not responding now. Please help me to get my refund. And also they are scamming many people with this cheap trick.

I attended a promotion and made a partial payment of 12744 Rs. towards a program and could not join the program due to my health condition. They are not refunding my money for the program I did not join. Please help me me getting my money refunded. How can the system allow cheating people in the name of IIT and not give my money back? I have sent emails and WhatsApp app messages and have not gotten any reply. I tried contacting the number and no response. They are literally harassing. Please help me get my money back.

I attended be10x 3 hours AI workshop for Rs 9/- on 14th Jan 2024 in which they demonstrated some AI apps using prompts and themselves saying wow, mind-blowing etc. No audience participation seen. I first paid partially for their course of an amount of Rs2000 on 3rd Feb 2024 and they asked me to pay the remaining amount to get the full access I paid the 2nd installment of Rs 7000/- on 7th Feb . but soon I realized that what they have have promised isn't provided, I request for refund no one is responding to e mails or WhatsApp messages. They are all one way communications.

I attended workshop at be10x I also purchased their master program for first half amount then later I realized this program is not much worth for this amount
So I asked refund from them, they didn't respond properly..I'm interested in taking up their course now why they didn't refund my amount instead they asking more to pay 🤔 So kindly help me to get my amount of Rs 7k nearly

It sounds like a scam. Initially, they lure you in with a 3-hour workshop for a nominal fee, but then pressure you with time-sensitive offers that expire before the workshop ends. Once you pay, they disappear without providing any response, and crucially, they fail to mention their strict no-refund policy. Terms and conditions are only revealed after payment, trapping you without recourse. I've unfortunately fallen victim to this trap, and I my requesting for refund but they are denying to repay and there was no terms and condition shared before making payment and no signoffs are taken while enrolling.

I attended workshop for rs 9 but after that they gave offer for master program I too purchased them for 7198 but I'm not interested in that course and not in situation to continue I need my amount back but no response from them regarding refund

At the time of purchase along with the course they have promised me below license version/services. However, the given services are not genuine/valid. As they are already free & freely available on the internet. 1) Chat GPT 4 (V4.0) license versions for 2 years. 2) Premium Office 365 for 5 years Both these services are already...,
It's hardly earned money and I was not expecting it from Be10x. I need refund.

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding my recent experience with the enrollment process for the BE10X course.

To provide context, I initially decided to join the BE10X program based on the enticing promises made during the demonstration session by Aditya. These promises included access to Be10x GPT for two years, a bundled Office 365 subscription for five years, and the opportunity to attain certification as a Microsoft expert. Moreover, it was explicitly stated that booking a slot and opting for either full payment or an EMI plan would render me eligible for certain complimentary bonuses.

However, upon closer examination, I realized significant discrepancies between what was promised and what was ultimately delivered. Firstly, it was not disclosed during the demonstration that full payment would be required to access the aforementioned bonuses. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning, as it effectively misled me into believing that these bonuses were available regardless of the payment method chosen.

Furthermore, the sudden revelation that failure to make subsequent EMI payments would result in the termination of access to both BE10X GPT and Office 365 services was distressing. Such crucial information should have been communicated clearly and upfront, rather than being hidden behind ambiguous terms and conditions.

Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the course content provided through the Learning Management System (LMS) did not align with my requirements, rendering it essentially unnecessary for my professional development needs.

Given these issues, I feel compelled to file a formal complaint and request remedial action. Specifically, I urge you to address the following points:

Transparency: Ensure that all terms and conditions associated with course enrollment, including eligibility for bonuses and consequences of missed payments, are clearly communicated to prospective students during the demonstration and enrollment process.

Fair Treatment: Review the refund policy to ensure that students who have not utilized any course materials or attended any classes are eligible for a full refund, in line with industry standards of fair practice.

Customer Satisfaction: Take proactive measures to improve customer satisfaction by addressing grievances promptly and transparently, and by implementing changes to prevent similar issues from recurring in the future.

I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and initiate the necessary steps to address the concerns raised. As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to fair treatment and transparency throughout my engagement with your organization.

Regrettably, my experience with the course has not met my expectations, and I find the content and structure unsuitable for my current learning objectives. And moreover the main selling point of the course GPT 4 access which was promised was not given and has given open source links which inturn ask payments to access GPT 4. I think I have been scammed by be10X. They are not replying to the mail and defaming name of IIT.

It didn't strike me to check internet before falling prey to Be10x. I paid Rs.7755/- towards online course for which they made promises of giving bonuses such as ChatGpt 4.0 for one year, MS Office for 5 years etc.,

Yogesh Sharma is still reaching his office since 31-Jan to check and revert. Lol.

Those who are smart will check this post and think twice before enrolling with Be10x

I want to file a complaint against Be10x online AI course. They keep on posting their add in YouTube to grab attention of people. I joined their webinar with just rs 9. In webinar they explained about their complete course which cost around 12k. I didn’t join. Later they called and explained me about the course benefits and commitments which was convincing. I went ahead and paid 8000 for the course. But later found in google its a scam company and don’t provide any such they commits. Everywhere there are negative comments. I asked them I don’t want to go ahead with the course and asked to refund my money. They are not ready to refund now. Please help me. They are not responding to chats. The course content is complete trash. Not worth for rs 100 also. I need my refund
