Here is a concern, that I do have an issue with my internet connection since last week. The issue is there is no constant connectivity with my connection. The technical team from your end is not taking my issue seriously into consideration.

The connection ID is vnaveen_rjnr and I raised many complaint tickets on this issue but there is no proper response from your end with no visiting and proper resolution...

Very poor service in gajularajam basthi govt hospital area. Since last 3 days internet is not available. Already complaint registered.No.4194873.
But still to date no one attended the problem. Very bad service by Hi Reach/Kothagudem branch. Please take necessary action as early as possible. Kothagudem gajularajam basthi, govt line. Customer care Revathi madam garu nd kiran sir garu not take calls. Better to wait and take another service....

From last 4 months Frequently disconnecting the connection, but not responding and not resolved this problem,...

They won’t respond property…since 7 days am not getting internet and raised many complaints but they closed without resolving… they come and check and say we informed to head office… very irresponsible...

My recharge plan 100 Mbps but its showing 5mbps to 40mbps only daily am resign complaint but same problem...

There are lot of disruptions and service is very poor and issues are not resolved for one day. I have raised complaint. But no response. They cut the wire and went without giving connection and say the issue will be fixed later....

I have opened the new connection on 12th of january 2023 and services started but in the first day service was down for almost 16hrs and after multiple follow up with the provider they resolved the issue. After that service continued as expected till 15th afternoon and from 1 pm it is still down. No local providers are answering the calls. I want to get to discontinue the service and get my rest of the amount back. Kindly assist...

They promise better internet service and bandwidth, however there are lot of disruptions and network latency observed. During weekdays their service is very poor and issues are not resolved for about a day or two. I have raised complaints multiple times without success. They close the incidents and say the issue will be fixed later.

I have taken service plan for 100mbps and paid in full amount for 6 months service which was a very big mistake trusting Hireach .. the service was delayed and speed was less than 30mbps and still is.. I applied for internet connection two months ago, the internet provider game me a old/duplicate router without its seal and the internet range is so weak.When i askek for a new router the company replied offensively and delaying the work...

Battery packs are installed at every apartments and housing community to have backup for uninterrupted internet. Hirech technicians have removed the same without informing the users. This is leading to internet outage each time the power goes off. I have notified the [protected]@mithriltele.com and [protected]@mithriltele.com on Sep 9. From then there are multiple followups and so far there is no action.

The faked about optical river they provided and Internet speed is never up to the mark and never got full speed and many times I lost my pay due to sudden disconnection of network and lost many times money on exams due to lost connection...

Very irresponsible customer care department, very bad sevice, very cheap language. Always delaying in resolving the problem. The internet will be disconnected atleast twice a week.
