Hi, I have purchased the AI Tools Mastery Programme from Be10x, by paying Rs. 14, 396.00 (Payment receipt attached). At the time of purchase along with the course they have promised me below license version/services. However, the given services are not genuine/valid. As they are already free & freely available on the internet. 1) Chat GPT 4 (V4.0) license versions for 2 years. 2) Premium Office 365 for 5 years Both these services are already...,
It's hardly earned money and I was not expecting it from Be10x. I need refund.

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding my recent experience with the enrollment process for the BE10X course.

To provide context, I initially decided to join the BE10X program based on the enticing promises made during the demonstration session by Aditya. These promises included access to Be10x GPT for two years, a bundled Office 365 subscription for five years, and the opportunity to attain certification as a Microsoft expert. Moreover, it was explicitly stated that booking a slot and opting for either full payment or an EMI plan would render me eligible for certain complimentary bonuses.

However, upon closer examination, I realized significant discrepancies between what was promised and what was ultimately delivered. Firstly, it was not disclosed during the demonstration that full payment would be required to access the aforementioned bonuses. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning, as it effectively misled me into believing that these bonuses were available regardless of the payment method chosen.

Furthermore, the sudden revelation that failure to make subsequent EMI payments would result in the termination of access to both BE10X GPT and Office 365 services was distressing. Such crucial information should have been communicated clearly and upfront, rather than being hidden behind ambiguous terms and conditions.

Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the course content provided through the Learning Management System (LMS) did not align with my requirements, rendering it essentially unnecessary for my professional development needs.

Given these issues, I feel compelled to file a formal complaint and request remedial action. Specifically, I urge you to address the following points:

Transparency: Ensure that all terms and conditions associated with course enrollment, including eligibility for bonuses and consequences of missed payments, are clearly communicated to prospective students during the demonstration and enrollment process.

Fair Treatment: Review the refund policy to ensure that students who have not utilized any course materials or attended any classes are eligible for a full refund, in line with industry standards of fair practice.

Customer Satisfaction: Take proactive measures to improve customer satisfaction by addressing grievances promptly and transparently, and by implementing changes to prevent similar issues from recurring in the future.

I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and initiate the necessary steps to address the concerns raised. As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to fair treatment and transparency throughout my engagement with your organization.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to receiving a formal response outlining the actions being taken to resolve these issues.

Regrettably, my experience with the course has not met my expectations, and I find the content and structure unsuitable for my current learning objectives. And moreover the main selling point of the course GPT 4 access which was promised was not given and has given open source links which inturn ask payments to access GPT 4. I think I have been scammed by be10X. They are not replying to the mail and defaming name of IIT.

It didn't strike me to check internet before falling prey to Be10x. I paid Rs.7755/- towards online course for which they made promises of giving bonuses such as ChatGpt 4.0 for one year, MS Office for 5 years etc.,

Yogesh Sharma is still reaching his office since 31-Jan to check and revert. Lol.

Those who are smart will check this post and think twice before enrolling with Be10x

I want to file a complaint against Be10x online AI course. They keep on posting their add in YouTube to grab attention of people. I joined their webinar with just rs 9. In webinar they explained about their complete course which cost around 12k. I didn’t join. Later they called and explained me about the course benefits and commitments which was convincing. I went ahead and paid 8000 for the course. But later found in google its a scam company and don’t provide any such they commits. Everywhere there are negative comments. I asked them I don’t want to go ahead with the course and asked to refund my money. They are not ready to refund now. Please help me. They are not responding to chats. The course content is complete trash. Not worth for rs 100 also. I need my refund

The incident took place on 31.12.2023, after attending their 3 hours of workshop the presenters presented a course on AI mastery program and also offered mutiple bonuses. However, even after a month haven't given access to the courses offered.

Trying to connect with the SPOC (Mr. Protham) but his number is continuously coming switched off and not reverting on WhatsApp either. Paid INR 11, 564/- for the course including GST.

I have been cheated with wrong commitment. I want my refund.

The course structure shared by them are non usable and completely bogus. I have paid 14, 000/- to them but its non relevant

I opted for their Ai masterclass on 24.12.2023 on after attending their workshop. There are no WhatsApp update or email update about the classes. I paid them Rs 7198 over debit card and now I found they are scammers. They never told it is a non refundable course. No educational institute ever does that. I need my refund please help.

Be10x Advertise about the C2c or corporate to crorepati program(for 4 months duration) in one of the free webinar, and while announcing the course, it was mentioned that there will be one to one assistance, there will be one to one accountability manager assigned and he will call and ask the progress of the daily tasks and help in building up our new business in this way(from job to business).

the course kicked of on 24th oct with a meeting with Aditya Goenka and 6th Nov with Aditya Kachave, and the first call with the accountability manager is arranged for 19 nov which almost marks 25% of the course completion as per the time line.

and there is nothing like daily accountability checks by accountability manager named Payel.

when i complained about it they did not agree that they promised about daily calls and follow up, and this triggered in me the confirmation of the the hint i got while looking at the recorded lectures, that it does not worth 2 lacs and 20 thousand(gst included).

when i am asking for refund they are not doing it, but i lost trust and don't want to continue with them.

I have all the payment proofs and also the video clip of the promise they made of one to one accountability manager allotment and daily follow up calls.

I feel that i am simply cheated, please help me and i can provide the needed documents.

till the time i get my refund i am just force fully continuing with the course.

I have registered for AI mastery program, they have bluffed the people with many offers finally we didnot receive proper services and replies from. And I have health problem, I am not able to continue the course, I want refund.

I attended a promotion and made a payment of 14396/- towards a program.
Later while searching over the internet found multiple blogs and complaints about the scam behind the course.
I argue you kindly look into this matter and help everyone like me got trapped in this.

They asked a sum of Rs10.68 for a professional course and a certificate. But they were just promoting their classes for three hours. I need a compensation for the time and money wasted.

I attended a promotion and made a partial payment of 7198 towards a program and could not join the program due to my health condition. They are not refunding my money for the program I did not join. Please help me me getting my money refunded. How can the system allow cheating people in the name of IIT and not give my money back? I have sent emails and WhatsApp app messages and have not gotten any reply. I tried contacting the number and no response. They are literally harassing. Please help me get my money back.

Dnt fall for it they do everything right and show a screen for hours that says connecting to broadcast it may be technical issue but none responded for the problem

I have paid them 7, 198 rupees, half of the amount for a AI tool mastery classes. But i wanted a refund due to some issues. I have requested for a refund for the payment I made on 03/09/2023 in the amount of 7198 for No-cost installment. I have paid half of the amount for the AI tools mastery program.
Unfortunately, they have been ignoring my mails.

Be10X is all about - Cheating, Fake, Scam, Waste of Money, Waste of Time. Don't fall prey for these fake IIT Scammers. I attended this fake course on 13th Aug 2023 by paying Rs. 435/- It was 3+ Hours recorded video in which they cover MS-Office 365 built-in AI features, Formula Dog.com, Gamma.app.com, AI Email, etc. Participants shows 1100+ users but it should be fake. They are trapping you to buy AI ChatGPT Mastery Course material worth of 2, 78, 485/- in a discount price 10, 800/-
