I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding my recent experience with the enrollment process for the BE10X course.

To provide context, I initially decided to join the BE10X program based on the enticing promises made during the demonstration session by Aditya. These promises included access to Be10x GPT for two years, a bundled Office 365 subscription for five years, and the opportunity to attain certification as a Microsoft expert. Moreover, it was explicitly stated that booking a slot and opting for either full payment or an EMI plan would render me eligible for certain complimentary bonuses.

However, upon closer examination, I realized significant discrepancies between what was promised and what was ultimately delivered. Firstly, it was not disclosed during the demonstration that full payment would be required to access the aforementioned bonuses. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning, as it effectively misled me into believing that these bonuses were available regardless of the payment method chosen.

Furthermore, the sudden revelation that failure to make subsequent EMI payments would result in the termination of access to both BE10X GPT and Office 365 services was distressing. Such crucial information should have been communicated clearly and upfront, rather than being hidden behind ambiguous terms and conditions.

Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the course content provided through the Learning Management System (LMS) did not align with my requirements, rendering it essentially unnecessary for my professional development needs.

Given these issues, I feel compelled to file a formal complaint and request remedial action. Specifically, I urge you to address the following points:

Transparency: Ensure that all terms and conditions associated with course enrollment, including eligibility for bonuses and consequences of missed payments, are clearly communicated to prospective students during the demonstration and enrollment process.

Fair Treatment: Review the refund policy to ensure that students who have not utilized any course materials or attended any classes are eligible for a full refund, in line with industry standards of fair practice.

Customer Satisfaction: Take proactive measures to improve customer satisfaction by addressing grievances promptly and transparently, and by implementing changes to prevent similar issues from recurring in the future.

I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and initiate the necessary steps to address the concerns raised. As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to fair treatment and transparency throughout my engagement with your organization.
