I enrolled in the Be10x introductory workshop, which cost a small fee of ₹10.74. The session was reasonably good and felt worth the amount paid. Toward the end, they introduced a six-month program priced at around ₹28, 000 as an early-bird offer.

I am filing this complaint against Be10x Company for indulging in misleading practices, misrepresentation of services, and poor consumer support.

Details of the Case:

On 31st August, I enrolled in the Be10x introductory workshop by paying Rs. 10.74.

I had enrolled for BE10x program for advanced topics on AI, Programming etc.. However none of these were provided on their learning program. Even after repeated follow-up they have not provided the clarification and support. I see they are running this as a huge scam to fool innocent members subscribing to their courses.
Request to take appropriate action and prevent the hard earned money of Indians.
They are also operating under company name (Mad About Sports OPC Pvt Ltd)

indian law is so weak that such sinisters providing basic education which wud max be Rs.2k take huge amount and dont even heed to refund. they dont care Indian laws, these are education crime done by so called IIT garduates, Thats why I blv IITs are not getting 100% placement...

The company claims that users will lose their jobs or have to pay heavily if they do not enroll in their course. They advertise that people have received jobs paying up to 42 LPA just by enrolling in a ₹9 course.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Be10x, and the individuals Aditya Goenka and Aditya Kachave, regarding their failure to provide a refund for a program registration fee.

On 11th May 2025, I paid ₹4383.04 as a registration fee towards a course offered by Be10x. Despite the payment, I have not received any login credentials, course access, or communication from their team...

On the 27th I had enrolled and participated in the Be10x introductory workshop (which I had to pay a very small amount of Rs 10.74) which was decently good and value for money. At the end of this session they floated a program for 6 months and pegged it at 28k + as an early bird offer.

I hope you see this article someday. The service you flaunt about in the initial call and after there is no connect with the student. Moreover, the courses are not all study material they are just some random recorded stuff. No guidance and progress report has been made. You are on your own after purchasing the course. Be10X is a company founded in 2023 by Aditya Goenka and Aditya Kachave, who claim to be alumni of IIT Kharagpur. However, they're involved in fraudulent activities. They've been linked to several companies like Mad About Sports and Muni EdTech, but now they're running scams.

They took money, promised for 5 year 5 licenses for MS Office 365, gave only one and saying login on 5 devices allowed.
Also, said that I can give their courses to 5 family member or friends and said that all 5 person will get the certificate after course completion. I submit their google form for 5 persons but they gave only one login and saying ask 5 person to use the same login. despite of so many calls and emails they are not...

BE10X company is doing a big time fraud and scam of collecting money from people by saying AI Courses that replace jobs and making false promises to cheat people. I had paid 14500 RS to attend the mastery program and as they promised they did not adhere to any of their promises.
