Beach club is a unit of courtyard Holidays Private Limited having GSTIN No. 07AAECA0205C1ZL and on 17th July, 2020 some officials visited at Hotel Sapphire in Yamuna Nagar (Haryana) where they arranged meeting regarding schemes and proposal for spending holidays at different places and call was received by me and attend the meeting. one Satinder Singh attended the meeting and gave me some packages and schemes. ON behalf of company Satinder Singh and some other attendants offered me to became a member of 10 years in your company and the membership fee was 140000/- and administration fee was 15000/- with total price is affixed for Rs.155000/- and at that time satinder singh on behalf of company if you paid rs.1250000/- you will get rebate and also extended years 10-12 years and at that time he also assured if she does not continue her membership, she can claim whole amount after deduction administration fees 15000/- and thereafter I immediately approached for spent vacation but no address was found and they are not receiving the message intentionally and having not given any response and they intentionally left their address and not sent any number as well as package kit as per their promise. thereafter i so many times to contact with Satinder Kumar and one Tapas Kumar Saha and Anand Kumar singh who shows the director of Okhla Address and not given any response thereater they intentionally change company address Buliding No. 212, Second Floor Okhla, Phase III, Okhla, New Delhi-110020 and now courtyard private holidays limited is working courtyard Holidays world Private Limited 59/15 Satyam House, 2nd Floor Kalka Ji Extension Delhi -110019
In this way above said company cheated me and grab my amount Rs.1, 25, 000/-.
