I am writing to report a case of fraud that I have experienced with a company that held an event in Jodhpur on 28th August 2020. During the event, they explained how their package deals work, and I paid for the service. We even signed a purchase agreement (Have attached screenshots).

Since that day, I have tried multiple times to book their services, but they have been unresponsive. They have given excuses that they do not have tie-ups in certain cities, and then stopped attending our calls altogether. To add to this, they have even blocked my number.
This is a clear case of fraud, and I am writing to seek any assistance in resolving this issue. I would be grateful if anyone could advise me on the steps I should take to get my money back and report this fraudulent company to the relevant authorities.
