[Resolved] Beardo — beardo celeb gift box

The product was supposed to be delivered between 4-5th december. It's 6th december and evening. It just keeps showing tracking updates and that it will be delivered 'today' for 2 days and that it's moving as expected. Atleast write the expected time and date properly and that the delivery is been delayed. Weekend has arrived. When am i going to get my product?

I called Nykaa customer care and was ensured that it'll come within two days. However it showed failed delivery at the end of the second day. I went to the app and order section. It said raise concern and I clicked it. I was then asked for my address again and I wrote it and also chose preferred date of delivery for Monday. However I received my order today (Sunday).

I purchased online from beardo, , the company isn't responding immediately..the company is not proceeding my order, , , they are not even replying to my mails, , , neither or they picking calls, , , they just neglect my queries, , the company seems to be just neglecting towards my issues, , , they are just misleading me
